I just had the worst experience at this location. I am brand new to Alabama and learning my area. I saw this Taco Bell and decided to give them a try. I pulled into the parking lot to find the drive thru was wrapped around the building, 12-15 cars. There was only 1 car parked so I decided to go inside. I ordered on the kiosk, first time doing that, it was easy and quick. I then waited for my order. There were 2 guests in front of me, being served. Manager who was assisting them seemed friendly. I waited patiently and observed that there was a worker at the drive thru window who had to be told every time an order was ready to be handed off. The manager who was making/packaging the orders was also having to enter the drive thru orders into the system. There was another manager sitting on a chair doing something to the contents of a food warmer the entire time I stood there. No one ever acknowledged me, asked me to wait or anything. There was another person prepping trays of chips for the huge nacho that they offer now. Between the person sitting on the chair with her head in the warmer, the person prepping over a dozen boxes of chips, the drive thru attendant just standing there, no one said ANYTHING to me or attempted to fill my order. They just kept prepping and processing the drive thru orders. After about 15 minutes, I got frustrated and politely asked the same manager who was so nice to the guests when I arrived and who was doing everyone’s job if someone could make my order, she responded that they “would as soon as we can get to it”. I was stunned. I sat there for another minute while the drive thru lady finally came to the front counter to take an order for a guest who walked in behind me. He waited a good 5 minutes before being acknowledged also. I finally got angry and asked her to refund me. She never said a word to me, just walked away and told the manager that I wanted a refund. The manager responded by telling the woman working from her chair in the food warmer to refund my $$. The woman got up, came to the front, processed my refund and the only thing she said to me was to ask if I wanted the refund on my card or cash. No apology, no offer to make my food immediately, nothing!!! I left and when I arrived at my destination I told the people I was meeting what happened, they said never go to that location. They make you wait forever, the orders are always wrong and their service is horrible!...

It really stinks, because I was thinking of how great it was to have this one by work, since the new one in Ozark has been one problem after another. Then this time the Enterprise location did the same thing the Ozark location did. I ordered double decker taco supremes, and they didn't put tomatoes, or sour cream on any of them. I have a short lunch break, so there's no way to go back, and get it corrected. And even though I paid for it in the app, no way to get my money back. So I didn't get what I wanted, and was basically ripped off too. I know fast food can be a high stress environment. It's still upsetting to get food for a group of people, and only one of them got the correct food, because they ordered something completely different.
Old reviews: I bumped it up another star. Things are getting better lately. I haven't had to wait any crazy long times. Only issues I've had recently are getting about a quarter the amount of fries I should have in a lathe order, and getting crunchy rice in a burrito. I'll leave my older review as a warning to others.
If you order through the app, and choose to pick it up in the drive thru, you'll probably have a decent experience at this location. If you order through the app, and choose to pick up in the lobby, or place your order at the front counter, prepare for disappointment. The wait times have been up to half an hour. How in the world would anything ever take that long at this place? I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell, and I have been spoiled by other locations over the years. I transferred to Enterprise, so now this is the only one I can visit on my lunch break. I want them to step things up, and get better. I know what to expect from a well staffed, and managed location. So I hope this one becomes just as good...
Read moreI was craving Taco Bell & it's the only one in town.. I've come before & was let down from the nastiness it seems nobody ever cleans & they have terrible customer service! I come in tonight with my husband and son as soon as we walk through the door I see it's nasty again. Trash all over the front entrance carpet & food crumbs on tables, seats and tables moved around & not set properly, was not greeted by anyone at all. There was a young gentleman sweeping like nobody existed & the woman behind the counter just stared at us & when she spoke was very low & unprofessional! The drink station was dirty & a mess.. Waited a while for our food & it was not even hot! I sat outside because it was so nasty inside. I also should not be able to hear the employees yelling & make out one of them complaining saying "I'm finna quit man!" First of all, learn proper language and secondly, their jobs are not that difficult! I mean seriously!
