As big-box stores go, this one is extraordinarily safety conscious. From the moment you walk into this Target located on Blue Diamond Rd., you notice the security kiosks staff enforcing mask regulations. There are staff members visibly cleaning all the shopping carts, so customers feel safe. And all the floor personnel are wearing masks and gloves. No other department stores I go to do I see such diligence to customer and employee safety. What immensely impressed me was the person cleaning each check-out position (after each use) in the self-checkout area. I seldom, if ever, see this kind of diligence at any large store. For that matter, even at smaller stores. This store is quite expansive and very well lighted and clean. The floor personnel goes out of their way to help you with your questions. Although many shelves are picked clean from Christmas, you can see Target employees' effort to quickly re-stock empty shelves. I've said this before. People reviewing these large stores such as Target, Walmart, and Costco tend to denigrate them for whatever reason. Maybe they are the stores people love to hate. But in the case of this particular Target, I can't honestly find anything negative. AT A GLANCE REVIEW: RECOMMENDED: Yes SERVICE: Good PRICE: $$ COVID: Follows pandemic guidelines. PARKING: Ample. Convenient. Safe. INTENT/RESULT: To make a purchase.

11/10/21. I was delighted to find Target 2 blocks from my timeshare! In LV. That mean I don't.have to uber 4 miles for food! As all Targets, Target has it all milk, eggs and pork chops and bacon! They had steak on sale! That's why there was none! I bought a $13,T - bone in Los Angeles took it to Hawaii. It was delicious bone and all. I never bought or seen a steak in New York target. You know ,I never looked for food in the Hawaii Target. All I got to say is Amen! For Targets all over the world!!! They carry winter stuff! Coats, gloves next to the swim suits!! Funny!!

As a regular customer, i like everything about this store except for two things; 1. Washroom The Washroom is always dirty. 2. Cashier/Self checkout I don’t normally buy lots of stuff, so that’s why i prefer a self checkout counter. The problem is, i always have to join the long queue because many customers are in front of me buying stuff for the whole full cart. The Self checkout counter should have limited for basket only. A few times, i wanted to divert to the cashier, but, unfortunately it’s the same. Long queue because not many counters are open.

the lack of communication and inconvenience it was. It seems like the customer service is getting worse.

I originally came into the store and looked for the camera that I found online. When trying to find the camera, I was unsuccessful- I asked for help and although the staff member was nice, he was not helpful. I ended up buying another camera even after asking the employee if the camera I saw online that seemed be available for pick up here was not actually in store. When I got home, I went to double check online to see if the camera could still be picked up and it was! So I purchased the camera I wanted and set it for pick up this morning. I went to the online pick up/exchange area- there was not clear line or staff helping. I waited at the exchange counter until I flagged someone down and asked if I needed to return my camera and pick up the one I ordered online- she said this was the line. However people who were waiting in the "online pick up line" were actually waiting to exhcange/return items. I let them go in front of me since they had been waiting longer and clearly were frustrated with the lack of communication. It was a busy holiday weekend and it seemed that customer service was not a priority.

When I finally got to cashier, I told her I wanted to return this camera but I wanted to make sure my online purchase was available (I was worried that since I bought it online it might be sold out due to the holiday pricing). She didn't do much- just asked people for a device- i think to check my online purchase. after 7-8 minutes of just standing there I asked her if she needed me to do anything since I was just standing there with my ID out. she told me it would be best to stand in line for the online pick up and they would be able to handle my return..... So i went back to another line- I understand there are two different systems however I would have appreciated if the exhchange/return cashier had communicated to the person right next to her that was handling online pickups and ask them to assist me instead of standing in line again. Once I received the camera I ordered online I said that the other cashier indicated you could help me with my return camera= I was then told to go back to the other line.

IT WAS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING AND A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME. I stood in three different lines which were next to each other on the sam line of cashiers.... I don't know why I shop here. This store has gotten so bad in the...

So I just wanna start out by saying this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue in target and I shop this location quite frequent along with my wife.

I went in today to look at laptops because I am needing to purchase a new one. Went to the electronics where they didn’t have any laptops on display they were all locked in cases which is completely understandable with today’s society. I went to the counter and stood and waited. There were three individuals (two female one male) sitting there on their phones chitchatting and laughing. After standing there for a couple minutes I finally spoke up and said that I need to help with a new laptop. One of the young ladies followed me over. I asked if she could give me any information on the laptops that she had in stock because none of them were on display! There was no information out or anything! She acted annoyed and when I asked to see one of the laptops. she pulls it out won’t let me look at it won’t let me touch it. Says that she’s not allowed to let customers handle the merchandise. At that point I was over it and turned around and walked off.

I don’t know how you expect to sell laptops if you have them all locked in a case with no information displayed. And have individuals working in electronics that know nothing about electronics.

Needless to say I left target drove down to Best Buy and spent my $700...
