I don't usually like doing reviews for big chains or huge corporations, but In-N-Out is an exception. I consider In-N-Out as "my baby" because they are just so good, and living up in Seattle, we don't have In-N-Out so I try to get it as much as I possibly can whenever I'm in Vegas! Also, part of why I am writing this is because of the beautiful picture I took of what I got last time. I thought it just looked really nice.
I mean you can't really get some really fresh and tasty food for the price that In-N-Out offers. It is honestly pretty cheap, but still high quality! My go-to order is a double-double, animal style burger with no pickles, no tomatoes, and one side of fries. There is something about it though that is just so good. It's all super fresh, and realy well done. I love how they grill their buns so that it offers a nice texture, and helps the bun from not getting soggy from their not so secret, secret sauce, which is also very tasty and luscious. Then everything else in the burger is good because it tastes really fresh. Also, the initial smell when you first open your bag, or grab for your burger is so good. I can't get enough of that, you just need to get a whiff of the food to get that feeling because it is so satisfying.
The fries are also pretty solid, I kind of feel like they are overrated, but they are still solid. They are fresh of course, but I feel like they don't have that "wow" factor, or they don't have that perfect golden brown color. Still, I'm not hating on them, but there is something missing. They still have a crispy exterior and fluffy interior, and they compliment the burger wonderfully. I think what I'm saying is that I can't just eat the fries by themselves, they have to be paired with something else.
I also feel like people love their milkshakes, but in my opinion, I really don't like them at all. First, they are so hard to drink. They are insanely thick, so it is like a jaw workout just to get a little sip. Second, I really like when you first drink the milkshake, that it feels cold, and it makes your mouth cold, however the In-N-Out shakes are not really cold, but at the same time not melted, and so I'm not a big fan of that. Third, the chocolate flavor for sure is just very bland. I honestly couldn't tell if it was vanilla, because there isn't much of a rich or vibrant chocolate flavor. I don't know, I'm not a fan of In-N-Out milkshakes.
Overall, In-N-Out is still one of my favorite places to get burgers, and I am ALWAYS up to get In-N-Out any time of the day for any meal! I also have to add that I love the service too because they are always super quick, effiecient, and very nice! I just always look foward to getting some In-N-Out, and I really hope they consider bringing an In-N-Out...
Read moreI would probably be first person to start yelling and pointing in the car that I've just spotted an In-N-Out Burger and threatening to hold my breath unless we don't stop. Now it has become a little bit hectic to even go to most locations because of the popularity, and when you're popularity grows more and size of your buildings don't, then you tend to look away knowing that it's just going to be too much of a hassle to even try! On our last visit we really wanted to sit inside and have lunch because it was just too hot. So when we walked in it was an automatic halt at the doors because of the volume of customers and turning back to get into the drive-thru was not an option anymore due to the line of cars that nearly stretched the length of an NFL football field!. So we stuck it out and finally got to the counter to order food and it came down to us having to yell due to extreme overcrowding. After we ordered our food we tried to get drinks and that was a experience to remember as well, but the biggest challenge of all was being able to get a table. When a table finally became open we waited to see if anyone was working the lobby and we could just get a damp cloth to wipe our table down but as minutes went by I decided to go to the counter to see if I was able to get a clean cloth and wipe it off myself. The wait times at most locations have just become too long, dining area's are being tested with their capacities and the sheer amount of noise generated by the overcapacity is unbearable. I truly am a life long fan of In-N-Out, but when it all comes down to the iconic name and history of the world famous American Hamburger joint, they should have that want of wanting the devoted and the future die hards to be comfortable. Make your buildings a little bigger because your popularity will " never " fade, it just makes people contemplate going to the very less popular places and fill up on...
Read moreI have been visiting this location for several years, and my experiences have generally been positive. However, my most recent visit was highly disappointing. I ordered a combo meal and requested it to-go, but it was initially handed to me in a cardboard box. When I asked for it to be placed in a bag instead, the staff placed another cardboard box over the first one and handed it back to me. While I was unhappy with this, I chose not to comment further.
Before leaving, I checked my animal fries and noticed that the packaged napkin and fork had been placed directly on top of the food. I returned to the counter to address the issue, but the manager (man) on duty (11/14/2024 at 11:05 AM, Transaction #4033) informed me that this was standard procedure and company policy. I was surprised by this response and expressed my concern, asking if it was indeed normal to place utensils directly onto food as if I was like an animal given slop. The manager confirmed that it was.
I found the response dismissive and unprofessional. This experience reflected poor customer service and a lack of courtesy from the manager. Someone in a managerial position should have better communication skills and a stronger understanding of customer care.
Since this incident, I have chosen not to return to this location, and I am grateful there are better options available in the Las Vegas area. I do not recommend...
