Del Taco — Restaurant in Enterprise

We arrived around 6:45 pm on the evening of 11/13. Last time I got del taco 7 years ago I ended up in the urgent care with severe food poisoning.... It's been a very long time. The lady taking our order was extremely rude and impatient...unwilling to answer my questions and pushed to get us to end our order.... I asked if they had nacho cheese.... she responded with " we are not taco bell....we have queso cheese only which you know because you ordered in on your burrito already " My boyfriend knew what he wanted...I did not.... she was rude and unprofessional.... I have been a barista at a coffee shop for years and I have been a waitress as well as worked fast food for 3 years ...I would never talk to a customer like that...she also heard me say 3 times it's been 7 years and I had food poisoning last time I ate here and I would of appreciated her to be more helpful .... instead we ended up driving away in the middle of our order because my boyfriend was so upset at the treatment we were given that he wanted to say some not nice things back.... and it takea alot to upset him he is a super nice guy that works with the public as his job..... Unprofessional and disrespectful AF!!! Would love to speak to the manager but we decided calling and making a scene was not even worth our time .... So this review will do. I recommend retraining your employees and giving them an attitude...

Went to the Del yesterday, got the cheese fries that usually come with jalepeno, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese sauce, fries (obviously), and beef. Another location we go to makes them great. We ask for no jalepenos and no sour. I get as well two crunchy tostadas with no sauce. So the fries had 2 jalepenos on it and their new guac. I thought guac was an extra add on. And it's gross. I really only like it at certain places. The tostadas had the no sauce but very poorly made. This place has no cares. My husband and I took it all back, demanded a refund with the no receipt we got and went to another place to eat. The bag with the tostadas had beans all over it. The bag with the fries was handed to my husband crinkled and in a fast demanding manner. Very rude, fast fast place with no manners. My tostada had the beans spread for the most part with the lettuce and cheese all slipped on one side of the tostada. Ridiculous service. Don't ever go there unless you want the fast treatment with no respect for your breakfast,...

Soft tacos are okay but burritos are horrid. I brought these on my flight to Guatemala because I was starving and had nowhere to go that had something portable and inexpensive. I was saving the burrito for later and we had a lay over in Mexico city airport. As I was going through security again they noticed something odd in my backpack. They asked if they could look around and I said that they could go ahead. They pulled out a paper bag and pulled out the burrito. I've never seen anyone so offended in my life looking at a "burrito". The lady started laughing and then told me that these burritos were not good at all. When we landed in Guatemala I decided I was hungry and I tried to eat the burrito, but you can't argue with somebody who's ancestors created the burrito. It was horrible. I ended up going to the bakery down the block and spent less than a dollar on a cinnamon roll, and to this day that was the best cinnamon roll ever.
