The only reason I'm even giving one star is because I have to in order to post a review. This Starbucks location doesn't deserve a single star it is the most horrible Starbucks that I have ever been to I am a traveling journalist and I have been to many Starbucks over 265 of them to be exact.
Let's get to the issue below.
So I went to this location one night and had no issues, so I decided to go the next afternoon, but I noticed the same as the night before that afternoon as soon as I entered this location both times a Silverton Security guard came in and they went to the back each time witch caught my attention... After ordering my coffee they came a second time that afternoon so I went up and asked the manager lady what that was all about she simply "Shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know" so I explained that I'm feeling like they were here for me and asked her if she had called them upon me she said "no" right that instance and not a moment later as I was standing in front of her the Silverton Security walked up before she could walk away .... And said that he was sorry that he had to inform me that I had to leave the store immidiately the young man was polite about it, so I asked him before leaving why I was being told to leave because I was unaware that I had done a single thing wrong .... He told me that a customer had complained .... That's impossible I said this has never happened to me in over 265 different Starbucks locations around the nation so I knew it was a just a cover up so I got a little upset and spoke out loud to the entire store I said I know no one here has the time to complain about something that is absolutely rediculous for even the most picky of people ..... I'm looking these people have the look of complete confusion as if they are completely unaware of this that told me right away I said that's what I thought everyone here is just here for a cup of coffee, not to complain about one customer for the most rediculous reason .....
I said if this is true then what was the nature of this complaint the security guards eyes suggested he had to think of an excuse a simple police interrogation tactic was implied and worked wonderfully as I can tell the next thing he was going to say would be no more then an excuse, A lie... he said a customer complained saying that I stunk lol so the complaint was about me smelling bad which i know was a lie....
So we proceeded out of the door me and the security of Silverton a cool young man who when we got outside of the store in the front complimented my shirt (thanks dude) but I asked to talk to his supervisors while we waited for them to arrive in there SUV he went as far as to tell me that i was exactly correct in my deduction and that none of the customers there had a single complaint about me stinking he said it was the manager whom called and made the complaint.
And without further Ado I am not sorry for my next action which will be for me to call a lawyer and press charges on StarBucks company, and Silverton Casino Resorts for stereotyping and discriminating.
Note: I am also a Starbucks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live down the street from here and am continually disappointed each time I come to this Starbucks location. As of my last experience, Iāll drive a little further to avoid it. The normal annoyances that Iāve looked past thus far include broken machines, food out of stock and wrong orders. But yesterday was my last straw. I went inside and decided to purchase a couple of cups as gifts. When I got my receipt, I noticed that they had charged me $10 more for each cup, which was the Canada price on the sticker on the bottom. When I inquired about it, I was told that because this is the Silverton Village location they had to charge more. So I have to pay Canada prices even though I donāt live in Canada? I asked for a refund since I could drive down the street and save $20, which still doesnāt make sense to me. I was then told that I had to talk to a manager to get a refund. She informed me that the receipt had to be sent to finance and āthat would take a whileā. I was already late to a meeting due to this debacle and couldnāt wait. So I asked her why it wasnāt disclosed anywhere on ANY of the cups or items sitting out that we had to pay Canada prices. It was excuse after excuse from her and she could have cared less. So buyer beware - drive another mile to a different location to save yourself money and a headache. After all of this, they didnāt even print my drink sticker so I had to wait even longer to get my drink made. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Starbucks location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent through the drive through. The Starbucks partner needs to be more attentive to who they are speaking to in the drive through. Cutting me off mid order not once but twice is kinda rude. Also you hadnāt cut me off you would have heard me say I did not want my pastry heated and you would have heard me say venti on my White Mocha. If I was not in a hurry I would have asked for your manager. Telling me āyou said grande not ventiā are you serious!!! I have a dash camera that records all audio I will gladly play that back. I have the name of this person but I will not share it the manager needs to have a talk with all the employees because now I have a drink that has no sticker, no idea what they really put it in it and I honestly do not have a whole lot of faith after my interaction with that barista...
