Cute little place, but VERY easy to miss if you haven't been. It was our first time, and we ALMOST missed it. There was signage for boba, but we're slightly confused as to where to turn in. We ended up pulling in to a very small and tight parking lot. The atmosphere was cute, but slightly confused. There's anime playing on the only TV screen turned on. They have some lights and faux greenery hanging all over the place. If you get the right angle, it could be social media friendly. We waited about 15 minutes or more for my ONE super simple drink. And there's a reason why... There were three people working behind the counter, with the occasional one person of the three taking orders. I would attribute the delay to the poor layout and setup behind the counter. We watched them make the drinks, running back and forth to the enclosed room behind the "curtain" to make certain drinks away from view. It's just VERY inefficient and you can see the frustration with the team members as they scramble in and out of that room, some occasions where they are slipping right by the handling beverages. What are they doing back there? You hear a blender and then nothing for a while. Five minutes later, a drink comes out. Huh??? Who ever owns this place really needs to reevaluate the functionality in their process instead of the "aesthetics" as it will (eventually) impact their bottom line: less time, more drinks. Anyway, my drink was good and it hit the spot. There are a bunch of boba tea places around LV. I'm going to check them out before coming back. I don't want to have to wait another 15+...
Read moreWhenever we are in Vegas, I am always craving some BobaTeaLicious, and look forward to coming here.
My obsession is always satisfied, and I am always impressed. The drinks are always super refreshing, and you could taste every component that is in the drink. The two drinks that I like the most are the flamingo, and the lux, and of course I get boba with them, but those two are definitely my favorite. The boba is also done really well. It's super tasty, and has a good texture as it is soft, and chewy.
I also really love the environment inside BobaTeaLicious, it is all good vibes. They have a small TV on the side, and one time they were playing Avatar, and then some hip-hop/R&B music in the background. For me, it's super inviting, and I really like that.
Plus, the staff make the place even more friendly and inviting, and they really make it feel like they appreciate your service. Anyways, I will always find a way to make it here whenever we are in Vegas, and it is for sure one of my favorite boba shops in...
Read moreWe are a regular customer but after tonight’s service we won’t be going back. We got there at 7pm tonight and before we even started our order we were told that they had to “limit” our drinks and not make all of them (10 in all). The employee said they had to close early due to us buying too many drinks the night before. The employee (short young woman with a bob haircut) is always kinda short and unfriendly but today was extremely rude and said they only would only make 6-7 drinks with boba for us so they won’t run out and have to close early again. They also wouldn’t take our cash as payment (which was 3x$20 bills aka $60 for a $48 and change bill). The drinks are good so it’s unfortunate that their customer service and...
