Element by Bodega — Restaurant in Ephrata

This morning I attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for Element by Bodega. They are located in the Brossman Building at 124 E Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522. It is a brand new coffee shop with fresh pastries.

Now, I am not a coffee drinker. They also have matcha and different teas. I went with a hot chocolate and a blueberry tart and chocolate croissant. Both were good but I really loved the blueberry tart. It had a slight crunch on the outside with a softer, blueberry cake ininside. They also had macrons, brownies and other goodies.

We stopped by and had the Bom Bom Latte, croissants, and a brownie. Everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and fresh, and you can tell they put real care into what they serve.

The atmosphere was amazing too! It didn’t feel like a regular coffee shop; it felt like family. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!

element by Bodega is a classic coffee shop that perfects the art of making coffee. The Coffee is roasted in house and you can tell the people who work and own the shop care dearly in giving you an amazing cup of coffee which they succeed in every cup me and my Fiancé have tried.
