I purchased a stacked unit with Warranty from Beez Appliances. The warranty was to cover my machine for 2 years upon purchase. Beez delivered the unit and everything was fine. After 15 months, the unit broke and I called for repairs. Beez sent a tech out and they realized they could not fix it while it was at my home. Beez told me they would have to bring it back to the shop for repairs. I then had to call two more times before Beez eventually got to my house to remove the unit.
After a week of having the unit at his place, I had to call Robert (owner) to check the status of the unit. After finally getting in touch with the Robert, I was told this unit was not repairable. Instead, Robert tried SELLING me other units completely different from the original one I purchased and tried charging me the difference from the unit I purchased. Part of his offers was a washer/dryer combo (one unit) made by Haier 1500. Anyone that goes online and reads the reviews on that unit will see that this is a horrible product and clearly something Robert was trying to push off onto me. When I told Robert I wanted the current unit repaired or a different unit that was comparable to the one I purchased, he simply did not have one to offer me.
As a result, I requested a refund for the principle amount paid (not the warranty paid). He said "I will have to do some figures and get back to you." What figures? I have a warranty and that covers me. Robert made efforts to figure out my use over the months I had it and the depreciation on the unit and agreed to give me half because he said the life span of this machine was only two years. How can you figure out the depreciation on a unit like this? This is how: He claims that his machines have two year warranties because they only last for two years (honest to God truth). If I would have known that was the intent of the lifespan of these machines, I would have never come to Beez Appliances in the first place. Bottom line, the warranty should cover me for a full refund!" Robert refused to pay me the full refund and now I am taking legal action against Robert and Beez Appliances!
Moral of the story: Don't shop at Beez Appliances. If you are dumb enough to do so, don't bother getting a warranty because you will not get your money back that a warranty covers and his units only last two years anyways, or so Robert says!

Read moreI had my central air fail on me and called a different company who came out and it failed again ten mini after the tech left. I decided to get window units from Beez appliances and while there explained my central air issue. They immediately had one of their techs to my home fixing my central air unit and even waived the service charge of $40 ! I eventually returned later the same day and purchased a window unit for the upper level of my home where there is only one vent for central air to assist with the cooling. I would definitely recommend contacting Beez for your heating & cooling issues as they were truly concerned for my children's health (having asthma) and ensuring they were prompt and proficient in fixing our cooling issues! They also have so many appliances available as well & the best part is they warranty their products & services, so no worries ! They don't charge much either they were very fair with me and worked within my budget as a single mother with one income I appreciate their concern for my financial ability to pay and kept their services affordable for me. (Especially after just paying for another company to not fix the problem). Beez was a true blessing to my family and I would recommend them be your first choice in the Erie County, PA & surrounding areas...
Read moreAll these 5 stars must be from friends and family, been dealing with them for months(not by choice, my landlord is out of town and must have thought oh cheap yes) big hell no. They have yet to bring me the fridge my landlord bought from them over the phone. Have came 3 times to defrost my freezer and fix the prob on the fridge I have for maybe a week I went almost 3 weeks without having to call them, very unprofessional all around, leaked water all throughout my kitchen because they couldn't bother asking for more towels. Have told me 3 times they would bring me a fridge and keep trying to give me small apt sized ones for my HOUSE, no thank you. No showed today again after not fixing a thing last time then while on the phone with the resceptionist they are talking loud as hell saying I'm sick of going to this ladies house, well FIX IT RIGHT OR GIVE ME MY FRIDGE THAT WAS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR THEN YOU WONT HAVE TO...... I WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 0 STARS. Don't waste your time. Now I have to pay myself to get a fridge or pay someone that knows what they are doing to come fix it for me....
