The food was fresh, and the staff were simply amazing! While I had one just ridiculous customer ahead of me, and since she was in line I wonder WHO was running hell. Swearing and screaming that the order she didn't ask for yet, is going to be wrong ! You notice I said she hadn't ordered yet. Just said GET YOUR @$$#! MANAGER YOU @&,!@$# PIECE OF !@#$%&*'"@:@:》●°□°□°□•■•■•}■8\€€●8•££¥\£●8▪■▪》•¿♡☆♡;♤!

I interrupted her tirade, and was told amazingly to my ears, where to go with colorful metaphors yer unheard of. When the counter girl, who never stopped smiling, asked if she would like to see the manager. Who at this time walked over, for she had been watching and was smiling also. After another torrent of verbal abuse issued from belials throat, managed to calm IT down enough to get her out with food. Then we all had a laugh, and I got the best bucket of chicken yet, and oven fresh biscuits and sides.

I spectated My friend a short White Female get Called disrespectful after a Employee Made a offensive Joke and all the Young Women said was I don't like being played with. Only for The Employee To Tell Her "I don't like being played with either, I'm not about to be disrespected in my establishment" then proceeded to Ignore her you young women had to ask her brother to order for her to finally get food, I'm not one to pull the race card but everytime i go in there it's always a Black Employee Being racist to a white customer. It could also not be a race thing but that's how i keep seeing it..Yall need to train your Staff to be more patient and kind cause i wont watch my friend get disrespected like that again she has Severe Social anxiety due to Trauma. Slow service with zero sense of urgency. Multiple customers waiting for their orders. One of the items we ordered was a pot pie. After 5-7 minutes of waiting, they discovered they were out of pot pies. One partial order went out the door to a waiting customer. One customer came back in to say he was missing an item..."we're out". No option to replace. Guy doing most of the order filling was wearing gloves, but after going outside and coming back in, he simply changed gloves without washing his hands. Used the same tongs to pick up chicken and biscuits. Sometimes he would just use his hands instead of the tongs. At one point, he rubbed his eye with his gloved hand and just went back to filling orders. No order to the workers...looked...
