Krazy Kitchen (halal) — Restaurant in Erie

We travelled eight hours and were really looking forward to a good meal. We chose this restaurant because the menu listed pasta, pizza, and fried chicken. Unfortunately, when we went to order, none of those items were available. We settled for chicken wings and a burger instead.

When the chicken wings arrived, they were cold to the bone. I brought them back and told the cook they were cold. He looked surprised and insisted they were made fresh, which they clearly were not. When we walked in, we had seen pre-fried wings sitting in the window, and those were the ones he served us. When I mentioned that, he stuck to his claim that they were fresh, though the wings were no longer visible in the window afterward.

The “hot chicken burger” was made fresh, but it was disappointing since it was just a regular chicken sandwich with Frank’s hot sauce poured on top, not an actual spicy chicken sandwich.

While we were eating, another customer came in, ordered shawarma, and asked for a refund after realizing the meat was pre-cut and sitting out. We honestly should have followed his lead. The cook also told that man the meat was fresh and later admitted it was just 6 hours old.

To make matters worse, there were fruit flies hovering over our food. The cook didn’t even try to reheat the wings for us and continued to insist they were freshly made. I even suggested he try one so he’d know how cold it was, but he didn’t.

At the very least, I wish he had been honest and said, “Sorry, we don’t make food fresh to order.” Honesty goes a long way, and after this experience, I genuinely question whether this place is truly halal and...

Terrible customer service. Placed a huge order online for delivery and didn't receive the correct items. A whole item was missing and I was sent fried chicken instead of roasted chicken. I was also sent mayonnaise instead of garlic sauce. I'm a chill person so I accepted it and didn't complain. I decided to place another order a few days later to buy my missing items because I wanted to try the roasted chicken and garlic sauce. I ordered the half roasted chicken meal, which according to the menu come with fries, cole slaw, pickles, and pita bread. I also ordered the macaroni salad that they failed to include the first time. I received: a whole roasted chicken, a bunch of french fries. No pita, no cole slaw, pickles. Also I received some pasta salad that clearly wasn't macaroni salad according to their menu. This wasn't the worst part. My chill only extends so far. I called them to tell them of their error and they just tried to argue me down about the macaroni salad and the lack of other items included. After going back and forth, the employee said "the next time I order". Lol. There will be no next time. Too much money wasted and can't even get the order right. Twice. Rude customer service to top it off. The first order didn't even include any dippers for the hummus and baba ganoush that I ordered. We will not patronize this restaurant again due to the bad customer service and attitude from people to who clearly just don't care and send you what THEY want to send you. The delivery persons from Uber Eats, whoever they...

We came to visit Erie and went this food place after watching the good reviews. And experienced one of the worst food experiences ever. I wish google have 0 or. O star review. They deserve no star at all. We ordered chicken sandwiches, chicken shawarma, fries. Fries were cold , under cooked. Both the sandwiches were under cooked, not really edible. The shawarma chicken was old, smelly and tasted awful. They did not have straw for drinks, no fork . And the place is so nasty, dirty that we lost our appetite totally. I was wondering how these people do business with 0 service with such horrible food. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

We visited your restaurant around 9:30 pm, expecting it to be open until 11 pm as advertised. Unfortunately, the food was not satisfactory, and we ended up leaving half of it uneaten. We only ate the other half because we were extremely hungry from traveling. It's misleading to imply that you did us a favor by serving us. The fact is, the restaurant was empty, and it would have been better for us not to have wasted our money...
