UPDATE:came in again on 3/26 and this time David was the employee who assisted me. After a few hiccups with me not being in the system he was extremely helpful and corrected the issue immediately. While assisting me there was another customer in the store who was acting belligerent and extremely rude, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. David and the other employees handled the situation well, with ease and informed me that their customers and their safety/feeling comfortable was their number one priority. David was extremely helpful,and also rechecked my item letting me know it was labeled/entered incorrectly into the system the firs time,getting me a better price. It's the only place I will go and will continue to go there until given a reason not to. I love all the employees there. Everyone is always to helpful and nice. They treat their customers with respect and customer service is on point!

This is the only pawn shop I choose to go to. I've been to several in the area and this one by far has the nicest employees. They treat you fairly and don't underpay you for your jewelry etc. If you're ever in the area and are looking for an honest decent pawn shop this is it... Okay, where do I even begin. I was NOT going to buy anything today. I just came to look. And there was no pressure at all when began speaking with Luis. He had a cool, easygoing nature and, even though I research a lot about precious stones and metals, I learned a couple of new things from him.

Had to leave and come back but by then Luis was out to lunch. So, I spoke with a manager, Cesar. Same easygoing disposition. Long story short, I walked out with two amazingly stellar rings, the exact thing I was looking for and at the price I wanted. Not only did Luis and Cesar give me an amazing price for extremely high-quality rings, THEY WERE STEAM CLEANED. I couldn't believe how much they sparkled. Of course I had to walk out with them on. And even so, they STILL gave me for each ring, a ring box, a gift box for the ring box, and a cute gift bag complete with tissue!
