We had such a nice visit. I'm guessing it was the owner (?) talked to my husband about Forged in Fire which made my husband so happy. My teenage son had his eye on a butterfly comb (not a knife) after one of the workers showed him how to spin it. We ended up taking the butterfly comb home with us, and my son has been on YouTube every day since then learning how to do tricks with it and showing his friends. (I'm scared he's going to want the knife next!) I wanted to send a personal email, but can't find a spot for that on the webpage, so I'm hoping they'll see it here. Had my eye on this store after walking past it all week, and made it a point to go in. The owner, Luke, was nothing short of phenomenal. I initially walked in to admire the swords, and he was quick to let me pick them up and tell me all about them. This led to a longer conversation, during which he pulled out a total of 10 or so blades for me to try, even though I said I was just perusing. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic - thank you! On top of the positive customer experience, the products they carry are GREAT. They have cool "show" blades for guys to live out the universal male dream of having a sword and also carry genuinely high-quality knives for those looking for utility. My favorite knife store...

We found this well stocked and highly professional knife shop during a visit to Estes in May. Luke, the owner, is a really knowledgeable and friendly young man. I've been in great knife shops in several major cities, and Luke's inventory and expertise put him in that group. We had a fun conversation about several interesting knives. I'm not an expert, I just like the look and feel of high quality, well designed knives that serve a practical purpose. I purchased a really well made Cobratec one handed knife at a very reasonable price. I'll use this for gardening and yard work. Meeting Luke and his mom Dianna who runs the Stuffed toy shop in the same building was a highlight of our trip. Honest, helpful...
