The wife and I visit Estes Park 4-5 times a year and always stay in a hotel or do a day trip. Usually it’s the Alpine Trail Ridge Inn. This time around we visited for New Year’s weekend and decided to switch things up a bit. We stayed in #3. The first word that came to mind when we walked inside was cozy. My wife commented and said “aww how cute, I want to move here”. The couch and chair are very comfortable and they sit in front of a fireplace. There is a very comfortable King size bed upstairs as well as a large jacuzzi tub and a very nice large private patio. For the most part the kitchen is put together well. Plenty of dishes and things to cook with. It’s probably never been noticed before but there is no pizza cutter. Random I know but we happened to make homemade pizza our first night in. The wife and I didn’t mind not having a smart tv but I’m sure some folks will. There is cable and a DVD player but If you must have your Netflix or Hulu while in the beautiful Rocky Mountains then bring a fire stick or other streaming device. You’ll find a washer and dryer on the 1st floor but it must be used for emergencies only. Limited parking (6 spaces) available in front of the lofts however you’ll be provided a parking permit that is good for in front of the lofts as well as town parking across the street. There’s a community propane grill located out front but it was 7° and snowing when we were there so we didn’t use it. This is one of the best locations as we walked to and from Safeway in 40 minutes and that included stopping inside some shops along Main Street. Location location location. I guess the only downside is they don’t allow pets but that won’t change my rating.

We stayed in #11. Cozy for sure. This spot is within easy walking distance of downtown and lots of attractions. Centrally located for easy drives to the hiking and resorts. Decent parking. Accommodation in the room was good. Very space efficient, a little tight though so if you don't like tight spaces it could cause some anxiety. Perfect spot for one or two people, I would probably not bring kids. We will probably come back if we return without kids. They also have a heat lamp in the bathroom for when you get out of the shower.

Nice place with one or two bedrooms for rent. The unit we stayed in was well stocked with most everything we needed. Best part is it's convenient location that is literally within walking distance to downtown Estes. There is very limited parking though so you have to park across the street in the town's public parking lots. I gave it 4 stars because of the limited parking.

Clean, beautiful condo 1 block from main street through town. This is everything the HomeAway description says it is - nothing more, nothing less. There is a mini refrigerator, not full size in our specific unit - same for washer and dryer. It is located at a busy intersection as it is close to town. In short, this is exactly what we were looking for. It is right near all of the downtown action - we parked in front and car stayed there for 4 days until we left because we could walk everywhere. Owner is great, even let us know it was ready for early check in if we wanted, which worked out great since we were running ahead of schedule. I would very highly recommend this unit if you want to enjoy the wonders...
