Rocky Mountain Connection — Local services in Estes Park

For years I've used Rocky Mountain. They were one of the best places to get the size Levis I needed. On my LAST order, they sent strechey jeans which wasn't what I'd ordered and more importantly wasn't what was advertised on the webpage. I called and they said that's all they had and to send them back - on my nickle. I returned them with a note that I would like to reimbursed for my shipping costs. It was nly $10! Today I received a note from Rocky Mountain that they had credited my account for the iniital purchase price only. Sorry guys, you have lost a customer for good. There are too many other competitors these days to do...

We forgot our hats at home and stopped in to get some new ones for our trip. The gentlemen that helped us were friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in their store. They set us up with some great Tilley hats and explained how to fit them and all about the lifetime warranty, etc. They have some good clothing and a surprising selection of shoes as well. I also like to collect stickers and they have a great selection of stickers here. Definitely would shop here again and recommend this...

Mr. Jesse was my guide and I was beyond blessed to have met him. Evidently all you have to do is think of something you want and he goes straight for it and it's yours. Maybe that's a tad exaggerated but still... he goes out of his way to get you what you want and heads for the storage rooms if what you want is not clearly displayed.
