Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Euclid

Some of the employers and managers are not welcoming or inviting at this pulp location The drink has been good I just always grab the same drink the protein packer. But I don't want to spend my money or give my time being around people that don't have any humility for people in general that is what keeps the brand going is the customer too if there are bad reviews believe it that really don't look good at all. But for me I will not be extending my time to come to this pulp location again. I learn to be content with or without. But some of the employers and managers need to evaluate themselves not all the employers I mate some are really good hearted people I don't remember all there names but they know who they are and also all people should examine themselves we need to do better at treating people better the way we want to be treated ourselves. And no person is perfect. But we can try with a little kindness and a little laughter a little humility can go a long way. Especially for a brand or company that needs customers to continue business it really matters how we are what people and what we can do for someone else. I originally placed an order for a fresh pressed juice around 8:35pm on DoorDash. My order was immediately canceled but I was basically ordering from outside the door so I walked in. When I walked in on February 25th at approximately 8:44, one of the workers, a light skin girl with curly knotless braids was sure to let me know her dissatisfaction by rolling her eyes and yelling out loud “oh my God”. After standing at the register not sure if my order would be taken or not because no one acknowledged I was there besides the girl that was yelling about what time it was. I ordered a 24 0z fresh pressed juice. While the same girl was making my drink she gave me a death stare like she was going whoop me. I come there all the time and it’s always the same thing. Everybody is mad that customers are coming in. It’s not surprising how many people left reviews about the bad attitudes of the workers. Oh muh gawsh! If anxiety and depression was a business... Upon entry, the business is clean and they play nice waiting music but the staff looks extremely unwelcoming and miserable. They don't smile- amongst themselves or towards guests and they just call out your order, place your stuff on a counter then walk away whether you acknowledge you heard them or not. I expressed my opinion to the cashier who just kind of laughed it off but remained cold and rude. After waiting awhile I noticed my order on the counter. How long has this been sitting here--? idk, like five minutes... I was demanding when I asked to have it remade. As I should. ALL. HELL. BROKE. LOOSE.
