Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Euclid

This manager here need to get fired she have no idea how to talk to customers who is spending their money on papa johns pizza she need a factory job or anything not dealing with customer she told me i better shut up and demanded the workers to hurry up with my order to get me out of there. My pizza wasnt ready when i got there so i had to wait an extra 15mins which isn't a problem but dont argue with me about what it said on the web on how long it takes. She is very racists she ask me for my name and i ask why? And she says i want to check your order i let her know her coworker already checked my order she then says okay but i want to make sure you paid with your card and it wasnt cash and i tell her no ask your coworker for my name or to let you know i paid online already awhile theres a caucasin Customer waiting on his order and wasnt checked to see if he had paid already nothing against him or caucasins im not racist just telling my worse experience ever oh yeah and the 2 stars for the gentlemen inside that were nice and i work at a papa John's myself never do i ever talk to the customers like she...

I always order from this Papa John's location. The food is always good. I went to pick up an order about a month ago and was treated with great customer service. Fast forward to today, I placed a delivery order online. It was delivered on time. My issue was that the delivery driver called and advised me that he was out front (I live in an apartment building that is literally right up the street) I told him okay. I asked him if he could deliver to my apartment. He said that he is not allowed to. I can't walk right now. That's why I asked. I had to find someone to get my order for me. I called the store and was barely paid attention to. I was not listened to properly. I got a half a** apology and was told that the driver would be talked to about it. I order my pizza from them every time I order pizza. This interaction and lack of empathy makes me not want to order delivery from them anymore. You pay for delivery, not for the driver to pull up and say I'm here. It's really a shame because they do a good job on...

I wish I didn’t even have to give one star. This place is horrible— where do I start. Ordered one pizza for delivery with simple requests; 3 toppings and extra sauce. Also ordered 3 additional “dipping” sauces. We get the pizza with hardly any toppings and definitely no extra sauce. We live 6 miles away and it ended up taking over an hour for it to be delivered, and not even by Papa Johns, but by a lady from doordash. She apparently was “given the wrong address” and ended up 2 streets away. After we realized our order was wrong and missing things, we called the store where they said “the lady seemed like she was in a hurry and left before we could give them to her” and that they couldn’t do anything about it but they could “credit” the sauces back to our account. The pizza itself also had no taste or flavor. I don’t understand how people can’t do their jobs when that is what they’re getting paid for. Will never be ordering...
