I have came to this location since it first open and I have watched new employees n managers n gm come n go I have took n the bad with good like any other establishment but after tonight I just have to voice my opinion! I went in to this location at 807pm due to my autistic son wanted chipotle tonight as I went I was first wasn’t acknowledged at all (which is ok no biggie) but I first notice how workers were playing n lobby with customers I first spotted a guy with ski mask playing n giving out discount to a childhood friend ! As I waited I was then greeted by a nice gentleman with locs who took my order but informed me they were out of white rice (now my son love whey rice n this why I’m here ) I ask worker is it possible he could get it off dash door line (he said he couldn’t he wasn’t allowed ) I asked if I order off doordash can it be made right now ? He then went to dash line to just give me white rice . When he went over there to do so the other employee denied him and looked over to me ! Then he came back apologizing saying he couldn’t I said. No prob is there a manger on duty ! As me asking for one the ski mask guy came over stating he was the manager ! I explain what was told n if possible I can get white rice or if I order thru doordash can it be fast tracked since I was present . He then start talking very aggressive n rude stating no he couldn’t do neither of options n etc I was n shocked due to fact of tone n unprofessionalism so I pulled out my phone n said no problem (side note: a lady there n red scarf shocked her head n said it wasn’t that deep ) can I get your name he then walked off n said that’s irrelevant. The guy who was originally making my order walked back to torts n was about to make my order I believe n then ski mask guy walked back to us n said he was bout to make it ! N then put gloves on n walked off again. The employee with locs started wiping down things since he seen me recorded everything n how dirty it was and I sat there fr additional 15 mins just waiting to be service at this point a line is forming ( btw nobody was n store besides the ski mask friends n a guy waiting on doordash order ) I then asked am I gone get my food then the guy with locs asked what kind of rice u want !!!!! Smh I said I guess brown rice and the guy with ski mask just kept walking back n forth staring me down mumbling something (very scary n uncomfortable) I was I kinda terrified as I was finishing up I asked everybody on line n in the store “hey what’s his name” and nobody could give me his name ! (Responded (idk or I’m new ) my experience tonight is truly unbelievable and I can’t even believe that ski masks are apart of chipotle uniform and that chipotle even hiring these type of rude and aggressive employees and the way it was kept up today I will never be back and it’s sad because I have spent a lot of money at this location due to fact I love n this neighborhood (receipts to back up how much money I spend for me to get treated n disrespected like...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience from start to finish. I walked into the store to get some food for me and my mom, and was immediately told by an employee from the back of the store that they only accept online orders, no walk-ins. My mom had her heart set on Chipotle, so I went to my car, got on my phone, and started an order. It won't let me place a Guest order, I MUST create an account for it to give me the Checkout button. I do this. The food will be ready in 20 minutes (after thumbing through their website on my phone to actually make the order). I go inside and sit down, waiting for the food. The entire time I was there, I saw 1 other employee walk out from the back of the store, to tell another guest "online only" and promptly disappear. I appeared to be the only person who actually took the effort to jump through these hoops. The food was ready in about 15 minutes, and the bag was promptly sealed by the one employee who appeared to be doing all the work in the store. I get home with the bag, and find that the Large chips/Queso I ordered, only contained about 15 chips in the bag. I could have gotten more chips from a Taco Bell Chips/Cheese side for 89 cents, and I paid $7.75 for 15 salty, stale chips and a bowl of queso we'll have to eat with a spoon. I go to the online order to complain about this, and am forced to click through their AI support, who leaves me with "We'll notify the store's management to ensure they are providing proper, fresh portions" and ends the chat.
Now I'm stuck trying to eat a Large queso with a baker's dozen of salty, stale tortilla chips, and all I got from the Robot handling customer service was the equivalent of "Sorry, we'll do better next time."
You've taken every human interaction out of the ordering and customer service aspects of this, and after this "Customer Service" experience with your Pepper AI, I don't plan on ordering from ANY Chipotle...
Read moreI would rather take my chances scrounging for food in a dumpster than to eat at this Chipotle again. The wait in line (8 people in front of us) was 25 minutes because the people behind the counter couldn't have cared less about their jobs or the customers in front of them. The counter was absolutely filthy. Food slopped everywhere, mixed in with other bins and hiding for who knows how long under the bins. Gross. While we were waiting, the manager announced that they weren't taking any more in-person orders, only online. Fine, but no one bothered to tell subsequent customers coming in. At one point, there were 5 other people behind the last guy when the announcement was made. They waited at least 3 or 4 minutes before one of the staff hollered out that they wouldn't be served. Then he announced that the original last guy in line should have told the people behind him as they came in! Really?! After another 10 minutes of waiting for our food to make it to the cashier (mind you, no one was in front of us at that point), we were finally free. We took the food to go. We should have stopped at the nearest trash can and ditched that garbage they were passing off as food. The cilantro brown rice was really white rice with something mixed in to give it a brownish hue. The cilantro resembled canned spinach in taste and texture. 🤢 The mixed vegetables were mushy and looked like a bag of 2-week-old salad mix that was forgotten under the rear seat of your car. As of this review, none of us have developed food poisoning, which is truly astonishing given the conditions in which it was prepared. All that is left to say is,...
