Went into the store this evening, May 2, 2023, at 5:15. The Customer Service Desk had a handwritten sign stating it was closed. I asked a cashier if I could purchase a RTA pass at the register. The polite cashier inquired of a Manager, Dimitri, if this was possible. He stated that they were out. He did not inquire as to which variation, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Full Fare or Reduced Fare, just, we are out. He did not check nor instruct anyone to do so. Now, if you are going to tell me as a customer NO, next time just be Direct, I would have respect for that action. To disregard my earnest request with a SCREW YOU, I DON'T FEEL LIKE BEING BOTHERED, is rude and shows great levels of disdain for your profession. DAVE'S GROCERY STORE had the Correct Bus Pass as well as the groceries I had intended to...

Today on August 9th 2020, I had the pleasure of being checked out by I believe his name was Korey over in the customer service area. He had a very positive demeanor and was very nice. I know I had more than 12 items however he did not turn me away. I even saw him help a customer before me with the debit card machine because she wasn't understanding and he was very kind and patient with her. With the coronavirus being as bad as it is right now in our area, it felt very good to have someone care enough to come around the counter and still assist someone who didn't know what they were doing. His helpfulness made being out the house a little more comfortable. Please give Smiling Eyes Korey a(hephe worenwore hisihis maskhmask proudly ) file...

Worst Marcs ever if I could give them negative stars I would. The manager Sergio is the worst. Bought ground beef just to have to turn around and drive back because it was spoiled. Couldn't find the receipt (found it once i got home) so I had to get a store credit. Also was asked did I just want to get more meat? Why would I want more meat when you just sold me rotten meat and wont give me a refund? As soon as the customer service worker opened the bag she looked like she wanted to throw up. I had to drive 20 minutes just to get a store credit for a store I wont be...
