Wonderful, durable, beautifully designed and built furniture. Yes, you have to wait; because the furniture is made to order, and it takes time to produce legacy pieces in the traditional manner. Yes, the price point is high (relative to other places like Pottery Barn and Rife's and M. Jacobs), but you absolutely get what you pay for (and then some) with Amish Traditions. You will get beautiful, quality, handmade solid furniture that your children and your children's children will enjoy when they inherit it. Absolutely worth the time and expense. I purchased two counter stools and love them so much I have since ordered a dining table and six chairs, and am ticking off the weeks (6-10) until they are built and delivered. Tried to save myself money and time by working with another very well-known local furniture company, and it was a 5 month long nightmare (see M. Jacob's review). I am fixing that mess by doing what I should have done in the first place-come to Amish Traditions. Great, unpushy and very thorough customer service, unlike that other place.
