If you're looking for a mattress, stop what you're doing and go see Will Ulch at this location. Today, I took my parents to look at memory foam mattresses. They're getting a bit older, and they both needed slightly different things from a mattress. Our first stop was at Mattress Firm on Coburg Road. Much to my surprise, that was also our last stop. I NEVER purchase things on the same day I begin looking. Turns out today was the exception.

We walked into the store and were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman named Will Ulch. Unlike any other mattress sales representative that I've encountered, he set himself apart through three distinct behaviors:

He asked what we were looking for and he actually listened. He didn't try to upsell, he didn't try to talk us into another product or set-up. He respected what we were looking for.

He was exceptionally respectful to my aging parents and helped them find the mattresses that met their needs and they both loved (not an easy task). Not only that, he reassured them that he'd take care of them all the way through delivery.

He quoted me a price that compelled me to purchase the mattesses without hesitation. I had purchased an almost identical set for myself two months prior, and I'm well aware of what price I had originally negotiated my way down from at a different location. His price made it obvious that he was respectful of our purchase and not trying to take advantage of us. I'm not kidding when I say that I pulled my card out within seconds at that juncture.

If you're shopping for a mattress, stop what you're doing and go see Will. Call ahead of time to make sure he's there and can help you. Seriously. He'll take care of you, make you feel valued as a customer, and I guarantee he will give you the best price...

Here is my experience with Coburg Road Mattress Firm: I went in knowing I wanted an extra firm beauty rest mattress and saw they were on sale on the Mattress Firm website. Ben was helpful in quickly showing me the mattress I was looking for and answering any questions I had about the mattress, their return policy, their free delivery, etc. Ben was extremely knowledgeable!

When I was ready to purchase, I was surprised that they had availability to deliver for free the next day AND the bed came with an adjustable base. When asked, Ben informed me that no special tools were required for putting the base together so I opted to do set up myself.

Just as they promised, the delivery people arrived within the 2 hour delivery window they provided! Not only that, but they also sent an email when they were about 10 minutes out! The delivery people were super intentional and even put on shoe covers when entering! They were super fast!

I have very little experience building furniture but the materials for the base were EXTREMELY well organized and labeled. No tools were required and I got it fully put together within about 15 min! I opted to not watch the video because the booklet was very straightforward!

All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this Mattress Firm store! It is rare to have a large purchase experience be so fast, communicative, and hassle free. The entire experience was well organized and so much faster than I ever could have expected! I'm so happy with my new bed and I plan to use this store for any future...

It was a perfect experience.

I'm new to getting a matress, but the worker(ben) really helped me. He did this by making me feel comfortable and at ease even though I was nervous. This was done by being friendly, honest, and happy to help. He even made some good jokes!

All my questions got answered clearly and all my requests were happily fulfilled.

He even went of his way by calling a fellow store to see if they had the matress I wanted on hand. He did this of his own accord because I had drove from a different town, and would have a hard time picking it up at a later date. I came home with my matress that day feeling very satisfied.

On top of doing all of this, I called later to get more information on memory foam mattresses. I hadn't planned on getting that kind at first and didn't know qhat kind of box spring was best. I felt very nervous to call from personal anxiety. When I did however, I was met with kindness, encouragement, and answers.

I will come back to the store in the future because of this lovely employee. My mother was with me and she also said she is going there in the future because of him as well. It was a lovely experience, and we will be returning due to...
