Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Eugene

This location is cursed I think. When we first moved to Eugene, we stopped here on the day we moved for drinks, and they got my order wrong 3x in a row- Strawberry Peach Rebel.

Every other time we come to this location, we have a bad experience. One time we went and I ordered an iced drink, but they clearly made me a hot drink, then poured it in a cold cup with ice.

Last Friday at around 5pm, we arrived and were the only people in line. Shortly after our order was taken, another car pulled up to the other window. Their order was taken & handed to them & they left. Then another car showed up & left, and another one. The car behind us got fed up with waiting and switched to the other side. We just ordered two iced mochas- I never knew it would take so long to get made!

And today, my wife stopped in to get a drink and she was only the second car in line with nobody on the other side, and it took her almost 20 minutes from pulling up to leaving.

No other issues at any other location in Eugene. Clearly whoever manages or trains at this location is a clown and...

This location is a joke. I've been here twice, the first time the people working sat in the window and talked to her people in the car in front of me for LITERALLY over 10 minutes. Finally drove around to the other side because clearly their conversation was more important that anyone's time who was waiting in line. I tell her person at the window and they did absolutely nothing. I told myself I'd never go back here and even wrote them an email about the incidence and never got a response. Decided to give it one more chance over a month later and it happened AGAIN!!! The people who work at this stand have no regard for anyone but themselves. I'm blown away by their ignorance and lack of customer service. I've been to many locations and this has never happened and here it happened BOTH times I tried getting a coffee. So rude, but I guess that's what you get when you let teenagers run the place. If you are in a hurry or want to be treated as more important that a personal conversation NEVER VISIT...

So I'm a local, I've been a regular for along time now. I've gone to every bros locally in this county. But this one is not a favorite. They will not hand blend your drinks if you ask. They will take your cup to the back fill it with freezie and add extra ice and blend it. You won't get fresh expresso hand blended here. They have done this to me a few times that I've came to this place. I've watched them do it. It sucks to look forward your favorite coffee drink at lunch but only to be cheated out in a rush.. it kinda ruines a hard working day.. well anyway, The only reason Im letting you know this is because some of us like fresh coffee. You can taste the difference in fresh expresso vs pre-made coffee freezie. I'm sorry bro, I'm disappointed in the choices of your baristas of this location. 😔 I normally support and leave a tip.
