RoadHouse Billiards and Brew — Restaurant in Eugene

We just had the worst experience at this place. This was our first time going. The waitress was nice but our food was served at different times and both dishes were cold. The food was dry and funky, not worth the price. When we got up so I could pay our bill since the waitress never came back my husband went to use the restroom. They have a step that you cannot see if you are walking. My husband went right down after stepping off this. He had a knee replacement 2 years ago and fell right down on it. One patron yelled across the room "nice fall buddy!" which only humiliated him more. I asked to see the manager who came up and said " I saw him fall, that's why we put caution tape on the step. " she also added she falls off this step multiple times per day because she doesn't see the caution tape. WTH? If she saw him fall wouldn't you think a manager would come ask if he was ok? My husband's knee hurt him so bad I had to drive us home. This was one of the worst experiences in any restaurants. No we weren't drinking, we both dont drink. Just going in to check them out since we've never been there before. I have to say we will NEVER be going back. Don't waste your time, go to any other breakfast spot and spend your money there. We arrived at the Valentine's day special and not only were we not greeted. When they tried to seat us at 4 top table in the middle of the bar... We asked for a more quiet table further from there and closer to the pool tables. We absolutely made reservations days in advance for a reason and they would not accommodate us. Only got attacked by a lady working the bar about a simple table candle that I wanted at our table. Then approached by a male server only to be told they were charging an extra $10 (which they didn't post on their Valentine's day special) for a wrist band they had in house! I'm actually just really pissed because I preplanned this only to leave disappointed because of being treated terribly and told about another secret fee for something they didn't mention on their post! So far pretty disappointed, this is my 1st time here since Quackers left. 1st, I was the only one waiting at the bar and the person said that he’d be right with me, he must have forgot because he started helping someone else when he came back, then came to me. No biggy. Then I asked for a spicy Bloody Mary, he was so confused making it, then I asked “what did you do to make it spicy,” and he said “Oh. I don’t do anything, it already comes pretty spicy.” So, I tried it, tasted like straight tomato juice, so I told him it doesn’t taste spicy, and that’s why I requested it to be “spicy,” and he then got 2-3 hot sauces and set them in front of me, and that was it.
