Luxe — Local services in Eugene

If I could give no stars I would... I do not recommend anyone shopping here. My husband and I stopped by to look at their paper selection for a decoupage project I was working on. The woman behind the counter gave us dirty looks the whole 2 min we were in the store. I even caught her make a nasty look at us as we went to look at the merchandise located outside of the store. And to top it off she had a dirty mangy mutt sitting on top of the counter. I did not catch her name but she was a brunette. She was so rude and so nasty. Do not bother shopping here. Save yourself the time and just go somewhere else because the customer service...

My husband and I drove up from Southern Oregon to stay the night, enjoy dinner at Sabai and pick up those amazing dark chocolate dipped cookies at Cafe Yumm. We peeked in at Luxe and I was horrified by how we were treated. The skinny, dark haired middle aged employee followed us around her store. She hovered.I shop in Ashland and Jacksonville and I’m never treated this way. This shop has nothing special… nothing that you can’t find elsewhere. Do not bother...

The store looked very cute! However, the person working there snapped angrily at me saying that the shop was about to close. I hastily purchased a card and left as soon as I could. I understand that employees don't like when customers arrive close to the closing time, however, I had a long day at work and I don't want to be blamed for not knowing that the store was about to close.
