Cafe Yumm! - Oakway Center — Restaurant in Eugene

Horrible. I have never been here before and will never go back. Thought it would be a great choice since we’re staying at the Hyatt next door. Nope I was wrong. I placed an order online for pickup and got the text that it was ready. I went in and was told that they ran out of teriyaki sauce and they were trying to make more. As I stood there for over 20 minutes watching people come in order and get their food very quickly I was thinking well at least the food might be worth it. Nope wrong again. The 2 bento bowls I ordered for the wife and I were so awfully put together it was almost like you had to do that on purpose to get it that way. The chicken was definitely reheated from last night’s dinner because it tasted like wet dog no matter how much sauce you dumped on it ( might of been their sauce,who knows it was all bad). The kids couldn’t even get their food down. Lost out on 60 bucks from this place oh and they forgot the avocado I asked for on 3 of the bowls we got. So no...

Got a yumm bowl with a fountain drink (Pepsi) to go, on 10/20. Not only did it take 20 minutes for me to get my food, but the food was ok tasting (not great as it normally tastes) but I have not been able to digest it and believe I have food poisoning from it, cause it caused bad stomach and intestinal issues (I will spare details beyond that) and the soda was really god awful. I took a sip and the taste of the soda was as if it was a fermented something, mixed with plastic. It tasted nothing like Pepsi. I thought maybe it was from the yumm bowl I just ate. So I gave it some time and drank water. Tried to drink again, taste was unbelievably horrid. I won't be going back to this place again. This location is my favorite. I always enjoy my meal, but today was EXTRA good. I called in my bowl on my way to town thinking my baby would be awake from her nap by the time we arrived. She was still peacefully snoozing, so I called and requested a curbside delivery. I don’t believe this is something they normally offer, because I hadn’t ever seen any parking spots for curbside pickup. The gentleman was very friendly and prompt bringing my lunch out.
