Granny's Place — Local services in Eureka Springs

They sold me a rainbow sun catcher that was made of cut glass. The ones at the register, on display (in a little mirror box to show the prism colors), were cut crystal. I chose and paid the price for cut crystal, but they gave me a bait-and-switch. Imagine my surprise when I hung it in a sunny window and looked around for rainbows, like an idiot. I paid the price for cut crystal but ended up with refractions of white light from cut glass. Check your merchandise! Most of it is made in an overseas factory (sweatshop) but priced and marketed as the handmade work of artists or indigenous people. I am not sure what I loved more here, the store or the owner. Rhona is the owner and operator of Granny's Place. She is such a dear, sweet woman. She has a passion for helping domestic violence victims. She accepts donations in the store. It is something very dear to her heart. It is a fun and funky store. There were a lot of beautiful hand made items. There was a nice selection of incense. You will definitely enjoy having conversation with Rhona. Anytime I travel to Eureka, Granny's Place is always my first stop. They have a unique collection of quality items and the staff goes above and beyond for their clients! 100% reccomend to everyone. I wanted an item, connected over FB and they were quick to answer and get me my product! Able to call and give my card info over the phone and got my package in a couple of days!
