**This isn’t my story, it’s one of my friends, but I was with her in the store and we both had a such a terrible experience i knew I had to share.
Me and my friends walked into your store today with no acknowledgment or customer service. We continued and looked around smelled some $75 perfumes and five dollar sample perfumes and we realized we were being followed and watched by these two women. Yeah after we tried using a make up sample, and my friend said that she didn’t like it, one of the women came over and said oh it’s just dried up. I continue to walk past my friends to look on my own and I have at least three women staring at me and my every move. I have never stolen anything and it is very stereotypical to think that when you see a teenage girl. Any customer counts as a customer and I shouldn’t have to be discrimination based on my age or what I look like.
**This isn’t the first store this has happened in, and I’m sick and tired of being profiled with my friends as criminals. We are all devoutly catholic and only want the best for Gods people. I hope that this will inspire change and help make the world a safer and better...
Read moreI came into this store today with my friends, when we entered we didn't get any greeting even after we said hello. Regardless we continued to peruse the store, after we were sampling some of the tester perfumes, and we noticed a few of the workers looking at us and following us throughout the store. I picked up one of the makeup testers to try and it was completely rock solid and unusable. I expressed this quietly to my friend. One of the women following us chimed in to say oh that's just because it's dried out, nothings wrong with it. I laughed it off and continued to walk around. The women continued to follow us with scowls on their faces until we left. Just because you see a group of teenage girls in your store does not automatically mean that they're going to steal all of your product, and I always hate when businesses seem to assume this. It's safe to say me and my friends will not be...
Read moreI received a gift by mail and wanted to exchange it, probably buy more and because it was over their date they wouldn’t exchange. I was told they make lots of exceptions but wouldn’t make one for me and my 6 month old in the middle of a pandemic. Told me they didn’t even have the onsie and I saw it out on display. Huge hassle and rude to me. Never going here again and wouldn’t recommend them. I’m all for small businesses but not if they aren’t willing to help others.
After talking to the Barrington store, I was really excited to go and change my idea about the store as they were willing to be understanding. However, they changed their mind and decided not to be accommodating. I wish I could change my mind about them but unfortunately I don’t think I can. Hopefully they will be nicer to others on the...
