Horrible exeprience. Don't trust the guitar "luthier" or repair guy whatever you want to call him. Yes this is the guy you charged for the action setup and you dinged and cracked the back of my beautiful OMJM martin guitar. Guitar is priceless to me and it breaks my heart that you can be so careless towards MY beloved instrument. I hate myself for trusting anyone with my guitar. Long story short, check your guitar before you put it in the case and leave with it from the store, better yet, don't hand your guitar over to man who will work on it...
