Horrible exeprience. Don't trust the guitar "luthier" or repair guy whatever you want to call him. Yes this is the guy you charged for the action setup and you dinged and cracked the back of my beautiful OMJM martin guitar. Guitar is priceless to me and it breaks my heart that you can be so careless towards MY beloved instrument. I hate myself for trusting anyone with my guitar.
