I was in last week seeking help upgrading a family member's phone, which was quite dated. It was pretty busy - if I recall, about 3 or 4 parties waiting for assistance - with only 1 representative available to help. That representative was Sage, as I learned. In short, he was absolutely fantastic. Aside from carefully managing all the on-going issues he was assisting with, Sage was sure to offer water and seating for waiting customers. He also managed to speed up the process to the greatest degree possible by preemptively asking for information and answering questions while he had moments available. Once he had time available to directly assist, Sage answered all our questions, presented options, and, once a decision had been made, even assisted with transferring data from the old phone to the new one. Although this took a while because of the age of the old phone and amount of data being transferred, Sage managed to keep us engaged with conversation to help pass the time. I left walking away impressed, to say the least. Sage is definitely an A+ employee and a tremendous asset to this TCC/Verizon location. I would go as far as to say that I would return to this location specifically because I know Sage would be available to help....
Read moreI have never encountered such rude behavior in my entire life. I called to find out about exchanging my phone within the 30 days of purchasing it. When I called back to ask to speak with a manager, he proceeded to scream that he is the manager and that he wasn’t yelling, but simply “raising his voice” because I “didn’t hear what he was explaining”. He then hung up on me again when I asked 3 times for him to give me his name. Will definitely be reporting this to Verizon.
This is most unfortunate because the service I got in the store originally when buying the phone...

They refused to provide an itemized receipt until I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and then there were a number of unauthorized charges they refused to refund. (29.99 per line for “Redux Water Protection Single Line Membership” and 201 units of “round up quarterly community events”. Escalated the case to the BBB, and District Manager Gabriel continues to refuse acceptable resolution. Important to note: This is not Verizon itself, but an “authorized retailer”. Verizon customer service was apologetic and offered me “inconvenience credits” for having to deal with these people, but the unauthorized charges still need to...
