I’m a 60 year old Caucasian male with coarse, curly facial hair. I’ve been using electric shavers my entire adult life. Only certain brands give me a close comfortable shave. My Remington “Black Man’s Electric Shaver” died. I figured, OK I will buy the same thing to replace, as it’s pretty old. Turns out, they don’t make it anymore. I did some internet research and could not find a replacement electric razor that had consistent good reviews for guys like me. Mike, owner of Shaver Shop of Evanston to the rescue. Read moreI have an old Norelco 985RX electric razor. It has to be 25 yrs old. The battery died several years ago, but I didn't throw it away because it is BY FAR the best razor i have ever owned. I came across The Shaver Shop with a little research and the gentleman there repaired my razor and it is like brand new!
