Update - bringing it down to two stars as we were told by Taylor and Jayce (who no longer works there now from what we’re told) that we would qualify for the $700 rebate back. We had picked out all the appliances we liked and my fiance had asked if we’d still qualify with the items/brands we picked. We told we had to switch items out if we wanted to qualify for the $700 rebate/money back. We had tried to file the claim online for the rebate and I had some trouble with it..I called the store and was told by the person working that they unfortunately wasn’t sure how to do it all or what I was talking about so he took my number and told me I’d receive a call back that night. Never did. My fiance has called THREE times and spoke with someone about this claim and we’re now being told we only qualify for a $300 rebate after we even clarified multiple times with Taylor and Jayce it would be $700 and now supposedly half the items we got don’t even qualify. We’ve also been told numerous of times from a James I believe that we would receive a call back from Taylor since he’s the boss of him and also the one who had given us this information. We have yet to receive a call back from anyone and anytime we call we get told to call the next day and there isn’t a direct number for the boss Taylor to contact him either supposedly but we’re also told he’s hardly ever in the store half the time but some how we’re suppose to call and speak with him and no one else can seem to help us. We’re extremely upset over all of this and can’t believe how hard it is to find answers. The prices aren’t bad, the sales pitches are great..but now I’m regretting our choice as the customer service hasn’t been great with getting some type of answers for this. Not to mention our washer was sadly dented during delivery as well and the only downfall I see of that is you must go through the manufacturer for any issues like this rather than this company that sold and delivered the items themselves from their own warehouse. If you want a reliable company that will help you when there’s an issue and will attempt to fix their messes..I’d recommend else where at this point. The only reason they have 5 star reviews is cause they’ll give you a discount if you do one. Not to mention you only get 50% of your money back if you choose to return items but they CANT be used or hooked up to even get that back. Glad we read and discussed this before signing and paying!
the burkhardt location has such a bigger inventory with so many more options! Jace was able to find us our fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer with probably almost half the price off of what you’d find at any other store like Lowe’s or Home Depot. I called the store to get some help getting this fixed and they told me it would be several weeks before they could get someone here because they only have one technician servicing the area! I tried asking the gentleman on the phone, a few mechanical questions thinking maybe I can fix it myself and he laughed at me and told me I didn’t have the capability to do the repairs myself!!!
