I went to Men's Warehouse to order my first ever custom suit. During the process the sales person was extremely vague on what I was going to receive and didn't offer much knowledge about the products or much knowledge about how to match me in what type of suit jacket I needed. I was very worried about spending 1,100$ on a suit where someone didn't seem 100% confident in what they were doing but she assured me I would be happy and look great so I went ahead and spent the money. When I came in, the jacket and pants needed to be hemmed which is normal and I was told I would receive an email they next day when they were done that they "didn't call". I did not receive an email by 6pm and called to check and they said it was done. When I came in NOTHING on the suit jacket had been touched and the only thing hemmed on the pants was length. The suit Jacket was very wrinkled. No one seemed to want to take the time to even look to notice. It was still way too big. "oh does that work for you?" like okay thanks bye, was all I got. Anyone with eyes could have seen the jacket and pants were too big. It wasn't until the Tailor lady, who I was extremely pleased with, came out her exact words were "no no it too big and not right" I was so relieved to finally have someone who knew the clothing business and could tell it was wrong just by looking at it. She took my measurements and I felt much more confident. When I returned the following day everything fit okay but It had still not been pressed everyone was so busy talking on their cell phones taking personal calls that no one wanted to help me. after I got some help and an apology they promised it would be ready the next day by noon. I came in that day and It STILL hadn't been pressed. They took it back right then and pressed it. The suit fits and looks okay. I'm unhappy because no one explained why my suit jacket and pants was 1100 dollars. Poor customer service. No breakdown of costs. I could have spent 1100 dollars on 3 suits from express in the mall and been WAY more satisfied and better customer service. I would give 5 stars to the very nice tailor lady. that's all. I still don't understand why my suit jacket and pants was 1100 dollars. Customs are not worth nearly that much...
Read moreIf I am forced to give one star instead of zero, I guess I will. Working with this men's warehouse was hands down the worst experience of our wedding planning season. The first time we came in to book tuxes, the girl was extremely rude to us, was completely put off by our request to try a tux on to see what it looked like before we bought it, was fully unhelpful in helping us choose a tux and accessories, and we finally just said we can't take anymore. She said we could finish our order online. I'm assuming because no one in the store ever wants to actually work. When we went back to be sized for the tux, the order had been lost and they had no record of us ever coming in or booking online. They also told us repeatedly that it was not possible to have tuxes shipped to our home despite the fact that one of our groomsmen had booked a tux online the night before and had selected to have the tux shipped to his home. To top it all off, we had a coupon for a $400 shopping 'spree' due to the amount of tuxes we'd rented. When we returned to use the coupon, they had no record of the coupon, tried everything to tell us we couldn't use it, then when they finally agreed to let us use it, it applied to absolutely nothing in the store. There was literally one table of clothes it applied to. One employee told us that the deals that were being run applied with the coupon, and after selecting our items, we were told that it didn't, in fact, apply. No one in the store had been trained on how to handle this coupon despite it being an on-going coupon. And again we had the experience of no one being nice to us or wanting to actually do anything that was their job. They all acted upset that we would even want to use this coupon. It seriously has been the worst experience possible, and I cannot wait to leave this store and never have to deal with any of these people again. If you need to rent tuxes for anything whatsoever, please choose another venue. This is not worth your time...

I'm not one to write reviews about any businesses. In fact, I never have. However, I had a very uncomfortable experience with Men's Warehouse that I felt compelled to share. I went to the store with my brother and SUPER hot, adorable girlfriend ;) to buy some nice dress socks for a wedding that my brother would be attending. When we were ready to checkout with our selection, I noticed that none of the staff were available. Completely understandable, some of the associates seemed rather busy with other customers, and we were patient. It started to become frustrating though after making eye contact multiple times with each staff member whilst standing around awkwardly for an unreasonable amount of time. It became unacceptable after a young woman walked past us to the register we were at (obviously noticing our presence), opened the register, placed cash inside, and gingerly walked back by without a word. A simple "Sorry, we're really swamped right now, we'll be right with you." would have not only been enough, but normal. It was especially frustrating because they were not incredibly busy. I had a moment where I felt like Julia Roberts on Pretty Woman lol ...Was it because we were only buying dress socks? Because we're a tad on the younger side? Perhaps how casually we were dressed? We just left after that. "Big mistake!!!" pfft, my brother and I are both engineers, my significant other is a director, we'll take our business elsewhere. We could've been valued customers. We've shopped there before, but will not again. Noone's going to see this...But it...
