Honestly, this specific store and the employee i spoke to was very nice. i came here to try and find a solution for a ring i received from pandora as a promise ring. the ring was nearly $200 and within 6 months of wearing it, it was turning my finger green and was tarnished. (will post pictures of the ring from their website. save yourself the hassle and don’t buy this ring.) anyways, i was told by the lady at pandora that if i had a warranty they could exchange it. i asked what happens if in 6months after getting the new ring its tarnished again, and she said that its just wear and tear. i just feel like a nearly $200 ring shouldn’t tarnish within 6months. i’m also not the only person that has had this problem. pandoras website for this ring is full of bad reviews with the same problems i have had. really just disappointed in pandoras quality, won’t be buying anything from here ever again. long story short, i didn’t have the warranty, so i went home with the same ring and my finger still green and...

Love this store in Evansville , IN. The kindest girls were helping me last week after another store had been the polar opposite and I made sure and made my way into Pandora and told them the urgent situation and I had to have this gift for a loved one and it was a special occasion , while there in the mall I had two family members who had two very serious situations happen to them separately and I wanted to just walk out the door and get to them and as I had to make sure I just said all that really fast in the store Walk way and they were the best. fast as a drive -thru window at chick-fil-a and also just as happy as those workers . Those girls just nailed it with everything and perfect size. It was sweet they really cared to help me and also understood the situation I was in and just with little words needed further they really helped my day more than I could express to them . last week at Eastland Mall, on Wednesday morning, the girls working nailed it. I hope they are valued by employer ....

The ladies that work here are always super helpful. I always spend money on the wife when we go to one these locations. Even after we paid they took a minute to visit with us when they heard where we were heading on vacation. One them had been there before and gave us some tips.
