Yesterday was the most annoyed I have ever been in a store. Not one, but SEVERAL employees kept on me and asking me questions to the point it was getting claustrophobic. If i say I’m fine and don’t need help, please accept that as an answer. It was almost to the point it felt like harassment. I couldn’t browse or enjoy myself without feeling pestered. Also, this store was so cluttered and disorganized. The employees should have worried less about staying on the customers and more about making the shopping experience easy. I was looking for underwear and every single drawer i pulled out that was labeled for my size had several other random sizes thrown in it and i had to dig and dig for my size, often times coming up with nothing. There was 0 organization. There were random underwear and bras thrown on random shelves and the whole experience was so overwhelming. Read moreEXCELLENT customer service. I think they are slightly short staffed however. Typically there is just one cashier. Also, they can only take one card of any kind and category per transaction, so I wasn’t able to use both a gift card and a credit card, which seems unbelievable. Quite shocked by that because many times, the gift card doesn’t cover everything and you need an additional form of payment to cover the rest. However this is not allowed by their technology. Not their fault, but each time I have gone, I’ve been creeped out by men there. Not the men accompanying their SO, but random men hanging around, including sitting in the bench right outside Victoria’s Secret and looking in. Read moreRaven went above and beyond for customer service. I am embarrassed to say I tried to enter the store store 8 minutes before close to exchange 2 bras for a different size. I was told upon entering by 2 associates at the door that an exchange wasn’t allowed because it was too close to closing time, but I could enter to return the merchandise only. I went straight to the register and apologetically tried to return the merchandise. Raven, at the register took it upon herself to ask the right questions, get the right size and had me on my way in a quick second.
