Really enjoy this program for our kid. Space is clean, organized, instructors are bright and cheerful without being overbearing. Extremely nurturing staff. Staff is highly responsive to both phone and email. Changing tables and diaper disposals in bathrooms. Cubbies for kids shoes. Parking lot has plenty of spaces to park no matter the size of your vehicle, but they are ablittle tight. If you need side space, park away from the front door so you have more space to get in/out without accidentally tapping the next car with your door. Parking lot safety is a little bit of a mixed bag as the location is on Everett Mall Way amongst several other businesses, but KidStrong Everett's space is on a corner, with high visibility, windows are clear and clean. Easy to see what's going on outside before you leave the building. Staff is vigilant about child safety and the safety of the adults as well. Highly recommend this program for helping kids learn, participate in structured activity, build confidence and healthy strength. They're not trying to push your kid to be a "star athlete," instead focusing on personal improvement, strength building, flexibility, and channeling energy into a focused activity and learning. I'm an introverted adult but have never felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable by the staff. Parent/Guardian participation is required up to age 3. Age 4 forward is the program for kids without parent participation. PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT! You cannot "drop off" your child. This is NOT a daycare or babysitting service. Pricing: We're a single income family with a limited budget. Every cent spent matters in our family. While a purchase of a new shirt is required each time your kid "levels up," we've sometimes forgotten where the new shirt is, or new shirt is in the wash is, and instead used a previous level shirt. Totally OK to do this. KidStrong Everett is worth every penny! Love every aspect of this program.

I have edited my original comment as it was written in anger, I will describe the whole incident here and let anyone reading be the judge here.
Our Kid is under 3 so we go in with the kid to the gym. Today, after class our kid was crying a lot and having a meltdown. Coach Casey (I am using name because management used my wife’s name in the reply back) came up to my wife and said she has received complaint about body odour for the parent and would recommend us using a deodorant. We were caught completely offguard as we disagree with this completely , however let’s give them the benefit of doubt. Here are specific problems I have with the management,
They gave us this feedback in the middle of the hall with multiple parents around. They gave us this feedback when our child was having a meltdown and we were consoling her. They give us this feedback without any datapoints so I am pretty sure they didn’t wait to see if it’s a pattern, a one off incident or anything else. They were not subtle in their feedback.
And we suspect we were told this and not given any benefit of doubt because of either lack of public training or other factors. But I will just stop here and let them figure out how can such a feedback be improved further. And we will just not send our kid...
Read moreMy son has been going to KidStrong since Day 1 and has loved it. He is building his confidence, his strength and his social skills. He is a leader in his class, always willing to help a new or struggling student. Although normally very competitive outside KidStrong, he happily teams up with other students who won't necessarily be able to help him win in races. He tries EVERYTHING. He is fearless and strong physically as well as mentally. I thank KidStrong for the successful adult I know he's going to become. It takes a village and I'm grateful to have KidStrong as part of my village. The coaches are tops. They are ALL there to make a difference in kids' lives. This is not a job for them, this is a calling and they show it. Neuro-divergent kids are their specialty. They are welcomed with open arms and pushed to exceed what they think they can do. I have watched changes in some of the kids who were hesitant and now are jumping right in to everything. They are just as great with parents as they are with the kids. They not only support parent involvement, they encourage and reward it. KidStrong provides opportunities outside of classes for the kids and parents to socialize. Family Movie Night and Parents Night Out are our favorites. HIGHLY recommend this for ANY age or ability. We love you...
