Buzz Inn Steakhouse — Restaurant in Everett

Ate here today 10-06-23 at approximately 1 pm for the first time. I ordered the Pot Roast with 2 sides for $ 14.99. I have cooked a lot of Pot Roast and ate a lot of Pot Roast in my life. I asked the gentleman that took my order if it was made there ( he did not know ) He was a genuinely nice guy so he gets 4 stars. The restaurant itself was neat and clean and I really like the solid wood tables, I will also give this 4 stars.The side salad was iceberg lettuce with a few croutons and some cheese and was a fair portion. The hash browns were basic but we're also a fair portion. The Pot Roast it self I am giving ZERO STARS as it was not freshly made in house on that day in my opinion, it really seemed to be frozen or refrigerated factory made, or made days earlier, and it had the packaged dark brown gravy mix, the portion of meat was fair at least. Also with traditional Pot Roast you almost always receive fresh potatoes, carrots, and onions that are cooked with the meat at various stages, It was only meat and gravy. I left a $5 tip only because the server was a nice guy and your restaurant was neat clean and pleasant. I would like to compare the Ballinger Thirftway in Shorelines Pot Roast to your's, there's is definitely made fresh in store and it is from a deli!! For a sit down restaurant you should seriously consider making FRESH in restaurant Traditional Pot Roast cooked with carrots, potatoes, and onions, and with gravy made fresh from the drippings, or absolutely remove this from your menu because it is a failure. I may come in again and try a different menu item if I am in the area....

Typical bar food, even though it says "Steakhouse" I quit ordering steak here. The cook can't cook a steak the way you ask. For example: rare doesn't mean barely any pink inside, or cooked through out, that's medium rare and well done. The Sirloin doesn't appear to be sirloin, very sinewy and tough, and they slather it in butter or grease but use no seasoning at all on them. A 5yr old could cook a better steak. Service is very slow, bartender is very nice and personable but she's the only one, there's no waitress or help for her, your service depends on how many regulars are there visiting. Has a good selection of pull tabs, pool tables, and outdoor area though, so that's good.

Decided to give another try, Went tonight, November 1st, 2020 stopped at door with a service dog! Opted to try outdoors, waitress never came back, we had to go inside to order. Waitress said she'd turn volume off speakers down, in 40 minutes she never did, it was so loud you had to scream across table to talk! After the lack of service of any kind, opted to order to go. Ordered 6oz sirloin dinner. Still can't cook a steak! Ordered rare, got one that was medium, barely pink on inside. Half our meal was missing too. Sad since we waited an hour and half to get it. Bartender/waitress was more concerned about flirting with male regulars than actually doing her job. We won't be back! Better save your money and just...

Im African American Refused service at buzz inn on everegreen Sunday the 24th. 2:00 to 3:45 pm. while trying to watch the hawks game i walked in with a family the waitress sat the family down i sat down near the family she took there order and walked right past me back and fourth there was a man already there eating in are area the waitress serviced him multiple times never asking or saying one thing to me! 30 minutes had past more people came inn and she serviced each one never approaching me about an hr later shes now rolling her eyes up and huffing and puffing in discuss everytime she walks by! i was seeing how fare she'd take it without offering me some service, so about 3:45 pm when i was sure the hawks would win I walked to the other side of the restraunt and spoke with Jamie they said she was the manager when i had told her what happend she was like trying to hold back her laughs and giggles, giving the none service of the waitress the first 2 customers knew what she was doing! the rest that came in did not! before i go they did the same exact thing to me last N.F.L. season not even a year ago! so it is pretty Important to me to know if you go forward to eat there? that you know Exactly who you are dealing with! making a living while commiting a federal hate crime isn't Exactly living the American Dream.
