Hello....I made the terrible mistake about going back and had another run-in with the SAME barista! Not to mention there were 4 people there and one was new and she was left to handle drinks on her own. She was clearly not trained. You are failing the new hire by expecting her to know how to make drinks on her first or second day. It took her 10 minutes to make 3 drinks, and no one was helping her. And when she did ask for help, the barista that "helped her" had such a bad attitude. She started making my drink for the new person, and I had to tell her it was not blended. More attitude cause I corrected her as to what my order was. She noticed I was irritated when she brought my drink over. I said yes I was trying to tell you that I wanted cream in my drink. She rolled her eyes and sighed at the fact I told her it was wrong again. The lady also decided to argue with me. The customer behind me was getting mad and the barista told him that the problem was I was complaining instead of apologizing to him and letting him know she was dealing with a situation. She also kept telling me that the music was too loud and that's why she didn't hear me and the girl that took our order was new and she kept telling me that there was communication issue.
PLEASE TRAIN YOUR WEEKEND STAFF BETTER! I shouldn't have had to deal with the same barista I complained about already giving me...
Read morei like coming here usually but whoever the blonde is with braces, was so rude. i am also a barista, so i know how basic interaction works. she didnât even stir my drink w a spoon just shook it around. I have had an unbelievably rough day, and was trying to get a pick me up. i pulled up to the window and she didnât say anything so i said âhey how are you?â she responded with âgoodâ and then continued to just stare at me. i personally would have said something like âwhat are we drinking? what can i make for you? do you know what your having?â i waited about 45 seconds- a minute for her to say something while she just continued to stare at me. i ordered my drink and still didnât hear another word from her until she asked for my number. which didnât even go through and she didnât say anything about her typing it in wrong. i imagine she just wanted to talk to the person behind me who had pulled from in front of me to behind me. Idk, made my night worse on top of everything, which usually little stuff like this doesnât bother me but i have never had a barista interact with me (or lack of ) like that. and itâs one of my biggest pet peeves when ur barista doesnât...

I was out with my lady, i must say I'm very grateful for her, well I have to say because mmmhmm just crazy about her, the service was good đââď¸ I asked for a splash of vanilla in my drink and it was perfect. Don't give me the sense of a snickers. I don't know if it should, but it is delicious none the less. Didn't mean to stray from the review of the Bigfoot, but why don't the native American casinos offer Bigfoot Java in the casino? Seems it only makes sense, Bigfoot, Sasquatch, native, casinos open 24 hours a day, casinos stay open, my lady friend don't drink much coffee but does enjoy the Italian soda and drinks like that, I just love the way she done her toes, so pretty, she the kinda woman you don't stray from, sorry as I stray from the review on Bigfoot Java.
