Trudy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Everett

So much to see and browse! I was shopping in their wedding cards selection, and was surprised how little of a variety (of the nice, elegant, fancy ones) they had. The Everett Post office had some really nice ones like those that were also from Hallmark; The store only had the one I recognized. I'm going back to the post office and buy one of theirs! I was disappointed that they didnt have any "Cousin wedding ones" yet they had others such as "Grandson" "niece" etc. Hallmark has been a reasonably priced store in the past, but now like everything else, their items are priced to high for me! Some things the manufacturer controls, (card prices) yet alot of items they do!! For instance, a small 3.5 OZ bag of Jelly Belly beans are 4$!!! 😮 Window shopping is all I can afford to do...

Horrible experience when I walked in and noticed the lack of attention the two women working had toward the costumers. Kathryn who decided it was ok to take her frustration out on me after I asked her politely to double check an item that I seen they had IN STORE from online, and yell at me that "No! i told you already we don't have that! The computer says the wrong things sometimes so I don't know." then turned her back to me to help another woman who had to chase her around the store as she avoided costumers. This treatment was disrespectful and humiliating. Highly recommend not visiting this location because this was by far the worst costumer service...

Extremely offended by the staff at this store. There was 2 old women working, who followed me and my blind daughter the entire time we were there. To me telling them it's beginning to become offensive, to then having both now literally 3 feet from us as we shopped. At which point it went to far. We then left to only have one of the ladies rush to my daughter pulling on her purse saying it was theres!!! Then she pushed us out of the door!!! Incredibly disturbing and highly offensive...
