I feel so conflicted right now. I travel the northwest and shop at a different cash and carry every week. I order massive amounts of all kinds of different products from them. The company I work for spends several thousands of dollars at their stores across the Pacific NW. The one in Everett has always been my favorite. Compared to other cash and carrys, this one is large and organized with a great selection. It's always clean and I know I can stock up big at this store. I order large amounts and therefore have to call and preorder. I just got off the phone from trying to place an order and the woman I talked to so was very unprofessional! I couldn't believe it! From the moment she answered she acted very annoyed. She made me feel like i was such a nusiance to her day. Part way thru my order she stopped me and asked 'are u done yet' She even hollered into the phone at another person. Maybe she was having a bad day idk. I'm not going to judge the whole store by one persons actions. I have never done a Google review before, this is my first. But I know that if one of my employees made any one of my customers feel this way, I would want to...

Didn’t ask if I had a number with them, he treated me like trash with my baby. I was so intimidated And wanted to leave after he was treating me so bad and when I went outside, the glass syrup I bought fell on the ground and cut My hands and feet!
He treated Other people that where shopping and looked like they had businesses differently than he treated me, shopping for a few items

I was was waiting in a line of about ten customers and both clerks were letting the two customers go back to the isles and get more items, making everyone else wait. When I finally made it to the front, I asked if it made more sense to have them get back in line if they had forgotten items. He asked me if I was a small business owner and I told him no. He said during a pandemic he supports local businesses and that I shouldn't complain. I asked him bluntly if they were more important than I, and he said yes. I guess U.S. Foods has a class system. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Regular families are part of the underclass. This business is dividing our country even more with this attitude. And it's...
