I’m going to give a four star review because of selection and there are crew members that strive for greatness.

There was someone who was just amazing. She offered to go check in the back when I said that I liked a hoodie but there wasn’t my size. I think that is 10/10. I declined.

Then there was the person that kept saying all my stock is out on the floor and just kind of being slightly abrasive and very projecting feeling. I don’t ask for stuff from the back. Like ever. Never have. Just told her my size 30/30. Had none in any of the colors I wanted. I thought she was stand offish after the third time she said all my stock is on the floor.

Returned a hoodie that was medium. I tried on the small. I thought it was a little snug the medium was huge. I wear a medium carthardt. Perfect fit. The shoulder seams were droopy. So I returned It. I had tag receipt and hadn’t work the sweater. Made a comment the bag had dog hair on it. Kind of rude about it. The sweater was clean. It’s a Work wear place and I’m in my work truck with my dog who goes everywhere with me … The whole process just kind of not customer service friendly. Was going to order a $130 jacket I’ve been looking for with them decoded not to based on return treatment from cashier and all my stock is on the floor.

Just decided to Amazon it from the parking lot like I should’ve done with the hoodie. And this is why stores are dying because Amazon isn’t...

I would first off like to say I had never had a bad intentions coming into with this store until i met the staff here. I walked in minding my business with two friends and right off the bat the all ladies in there gave me such a judgemental look, I was like ok that’s fine i’m just gonna mind my business and buy my stuff. my friend bought a face cover already then we left to go grab a drink and decided to come back. The lady put her hand up to my friends face and said we can’t accept you in here that “they knew our intentions” and that we can’t come in because we’re not buying anything. My friend came back to buy a $100 coat so if they work on commission then they missed out. Basically all in all this place is very discriminatory towards anyone who does look rich, looks gay, or doesn’t look appropriate to their standards. Do not buy from this store if you want to be treated poorly...

Spent $1600 on work boots, pants and shirts for my our construction company and the lady working here says I can't use the bathroom because they have a drug problem in this city. Super horrible customer service. Be a brave American for goodness sakes and lock out junkies when they show up, why is that so hard? This place employs young passive pretty girls to sell mostly clothing for strong masculine construction workers, and they are afraid to let a 10 year old boy use the bathroom.
