True Yoga Evergreen — Local services in Evergreen

I highly recommend True Yoga where I had a terrific experience today (8.28.20.)  I'm visiting Evergreen from NYC where I teach hot yoga. Our studios are still closed, so needless to say, I'm aching for some hot yoga and True Yoga delivered! Morgan was so kind to me this morning when I looked lost and had forgotten my mat. Kasie lead a fantastic Vinyasa class, and Jackie brought it home with her fluid and challenging Power Flow. Both classes were intelligently sequenced as each pattern built smartly on the last. True Yoga provides a welcoming environment and a wide variety of yoga classes. Their studio is always super clean, they have full locker rooms, their teachers are awesome, and their prices are competitive with other studios in the area. I love their variety of hot or "Bikram" yoga classes which are a bit more challenging, especially their hot power vinyasa. If hot yoga isn't your thing, they offer several restorative and traditional yoga classes perfect for beginners or those nursing an injury or dealing with chronic pain. Took a 1hour 15 minute class here today. They call it hot yoga music. The teacher Heather was awesome she does the class with you to music and names each posture. It was an EXCELLENT experience and attitude adjustment for me. Loved 🧡💛🙏...
