We've been craving Thai food for ages but the only local to us restaurant is in Golden and we refuse to patronize that business. We got takeout, see the attached photo of the many dishes we ordered and we loved all of it, it was fresh, hot, and so tasty. Is it real authentic Thai food, don't know, never been there. We ate a lot of Thai when we lived in CA for many years and I believe that was about as close as you'll get to authentic in the states, and for us, Beau Thai was equally tasty. Our $45.00 array of takeout fed 3 and with enough leftovers to feed that many again. Food was ready on time, piping hot and well packaged. We'll be back.

Came in for lunch and the food was delicious! The adults had the red (mild) and green (Thai hot) curry and they hit the spot after a bracing walk around the frozen lake. My 7 yr old son loved the pad Thai noodles. We’ve been looking for a Thai restaurant that we can keep going back to. There was one in Black Mountain NC we would always go to on our day trips from the city so we are very pleased to have found one in Evergreen! Service was quick and friendly. Good value. Oh yes the jasmine tea and hot sake were the perfect pairings for the meal!

I was with a party of 3 for dinner around 5pm on a Tuesday. We ordered spring rolls with chicken for an appetizer and for entrees we ordered Pad Thai, Thai Yellow Curry with chicken and another with duck. The spring rolls (pictured) were excellent but were with tofu instead of chicken. The Pad Thai and Thai Yellow Curry with chicken were very tasty. However, the duck was not good. Most of the duck meet was fatty and tasted old. I wouldn’t order the duck again. The service was fast and friendly. Overall, it was a nice meal.

I support local small businesses in Evergreen, including this restaurant, and it is hard to post this review. We usually do take out and for years had great experiences. However, our last several visits have been extremely disappointing. Our last visit being the reason for the post. First, they told us our order would be ready in 15-20 minutes, but it was 35 minutes. I would be fine if they said 35 minutes, but to wait 15-20 additional minutes is annoying. Then, our part of our order was incorrect … ordered fresh spring rolls with shrimp, no shrimp but charged for it; asked three times for hot chili sauce on the side and extra peanut sauce and didn’t receive it. Willing to pay extra if necessary. The worst part was the shrimp pad Thai we ordered … the shrimp and noodles were so overcooked and there was no flavor — it was literally inedible. I called to speak to them and express my issues and they were uninterested in making it right. I am also a small business owner and go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service. If they had made any sort of effort to hear and try to correct the situation, this would have been a very...

My first issue (minor) was that our server barely spoke English. Normally, I don't have a problem with people who don't speak English well, but it seems that a server should at least speak and understand English passably. The next issue was that we ordered eggrolls as an appetizer, and they didn't come out until a minute or 2 before our food arrived. I also ordered their house specialty margarita, something with mangos in it... I don't remember the exact name. I drank it, but it tasted weird. My husband took a sip, and he agreed. My dish (it was some kind of pineapple/chicken fried rice thing) was bland; it wasn't bad but I certainly wouldn't call it good either. On the other hand, my husband was thoroughly enjoying his curry UNTIL I looked across the table and noticed a black hair in it (neither of us have dark hair). We pointed it out to the waiter, and he supposedly informed his supervisor. But we didn't receive any kind of compensation for it other than an offer to bring another bowl of curry (which my husband didn't want at that point). Overall, a very...

I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars purely because of the service. The food was wonderful, authentic Thai, but we were treated like second class citizens. My fiancé and I read great things about this place and decided to try it. It's obviously family owned and when we walked in we were not greeted..we kind of shuffled around until we were instructed where to sit. We did not really have a server. I kept having to get up and find someone to help us. It was super frustrating because they had TONS of staff wandering around, chatting happily with other tables, while we were blatantly ignored. I don't know if it was because we are not regulars or what, but I was genuinely offended by the service. I'll eat here again--but it will...
