I really liked the food and if the worker people had talked to me or been polite at all I'm sure I would have liked them too. But there was absolutely no customer service. It was completely dead inside. It looked very nice inside. I like the decoration. I liked everything. I would have loved to have had a conversation with someone and actually learned more about the place but there was zero friendliness. I'm going to add to my review. I've gone here now seven eight times because Indian food's one of the few things I'm not allergic to and their food tastes really good but they keep forgetting to put the rice in my meal and by the time I realize it, I've already driven home like 30 minutes away and I don't really want to drive 30 minutes back to get the rice and then drive 30 minutes back home and spend an extra hour to go get it. I just spoke with the people on the phone. They're very nice but I can't understand them and they can't communicate effectively so I feel basically stuck as you know. What are you supposed to do? I'm not getting what I'm paying for and they're unable to communicate effectively to help me so I'm putting a...

I rarely write reviews, but this one is from the heart. Cuisine of the Himalayas is more than a restaurantāitās a spiritual pause button in the middle of Colorado. The warmth hits you the moment you walk in: not just from the food, but from the people, the energy, the joy. It feels like home... if your home were nestled high in the Himalayan mountains, wrapped in sacred spice and laughter.
And the Chana Masala? Divine. The best Iāve ever had. Full stop. Itās not just a dishāitās a memory youāll crave, a perfectly balanced mix of spice and soul that humbles your taste buds and leaves you smiling with every bite.
This place embodies Colorado comfort, Himalayan hospitality, and genuine human connection. The staff? Blessed souls. The vibe? Unmatched. The flavors? Transportive.
Iāll see you all next year. Until then, Iāll be dreaming of that Chana Masala and your Beautiful...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA quiet little gem tucked away in Evergreen. Over the past few years I've had a little bit of everything from there ((That I can eat. Food allergies to certain peppers make it difficult.)) and I have yet to find anything I do not enjoy even if some of it reminds me of baby food ((I'm talking to you strange spinach dish)).
Their Dahl soup, lamb curry and chicken soups are absolute favorites. The tempura (anything I can eat) is fantastic, their batter is utterly perfect. The Nan bread they make fresh on site is as perfect as you can get (If it's your thing, try the garlic nan first.)
I will make this statement though, Always order off their menu, it is a hundred times better fresh. Their buffet is darn good but the menu items just blow it out of the water.
If I had the disposable income and time, I would personally go out of my way to eat lunch here every day...
