Zero stars, if that were an option
The AT store in Marlton, NJ just cost the company a loyal customer. I’ve been shopping at AT for YEARS! Not anymore.
I was in the store for approximately 30 minutes. The store was not crowded at all (there was exactly 1 other customer at one point. The two salespersons both happily chatted with her). I received ZERO customer service; I literally sifted through stacks of pants looking for my size (I was not even in the sales section, so there was no excuse), and helped myself to a fitting room, only to finally make it to the checkout counter where the cashier still could not be bothered to greet me or even look me in the eye. At that point I told her I was not purchasing anything and explained to her exactly why. She still did not greet me or apologize but stood there looking like a cross between dumbfounded and unbothered. I told her I’ve been in that exact store dozens of times and have never been ignored like that.
Good bye AT! I don’t do poor customer service. There are far too many retail options for that.

Updated 11/21/17: I alerted AT’s corporate offices about the experience. They were apologetic and forwarded my concern to the regional VP, district manager and store manager. The store manager and district manager have since reached out. They were very professional and highly apologetic and assured me they will address this with the store associates.
