Their staff is usually pretty great but I had an experience with a lady that was beyond rude. She was blonde and middle age/ old. There are a lot of kind workers there but if you happen to run into this lady, I would stay away. She was talking about me blatantly in front of all of the other workers where I could hear and it made me feel so awkward. Although I did not bring the tag with me to the return, it was a simple mistake. It’s not the fact that she was talking about my mistake. I told her that I did not wash them and I only tried them on. She told me that she could tell that they were washed when they were 100% know they weren’t. But apparently she knows me. ?! I was racially profiled while shopping and was even contemplating not making my $150+ Purchase. The idea that anyone of color has poor intentions is outdated.

Be careful who your staff illegally incriminates; I don’t look like Karen… I am intelligent and understand the legal ramifications that I could pursue but will instead settle with leaving this google review.

Overall having previously (10 years ago prior to my college degree) worked in retail I understand that there is a certain “look” that certain stores in the area consider alerting all staff for loss prevention. The racial profiling of a “look” is outdated and must require policy change and continuous reeducation.

My wife received a gift card for Lululemon for Christmas. She went online to use the card and when she removed the metallic strip covering the gift card number, several of the numbers stuck to the strip and couldn't be read. She called Lululemon customer support. They said she had to take a picture of the card and email it in. A few days later, she received an email asking to again explain the problem. Again she explained what the issue was. and resent a picture of the card and the receipt of purchase. When she didn't hear from them for 6 days she recalled.
