Their staff is usually pretty great but I had an experience with a lady that was beyond rude. She was blonde and middle age/ old. There are a lot of kind workers there but if you happen to run into this lady, I would stay away. She was talking about me blatantly in front of all of the other workers where I could hear and it made me feel so awkward. Although I did not bring the tag with me to the return, it was a simple mistake. It’s not the fact that she was talking about my mistake. I told her that I did not wash them and I only tried them on. Overall having previously (10 years ago prior to my college degree) worked in retail I understand that there is a certain “look” that certain stores in the area consider alerting all staff for loss prevention. The racial profiling of a “look” is outdated and must require policy change and continuous reeducation.

She went online to use the card and when she removed the metallic strip covering the gift card number, several of the numbers stuck to the strip and couldn't be read.
