I live nearby & have probably eaten here at least once a month for over a year. I literally have NEVER ONCE been there where they got my order right OR had everything they needed in stock to complete my order. Anytime I go to tell the workers that my order is messed up, they are unapologetic and seem irritated at me for needing my order completed or fixed. There have been times when they didnt even put one of the meals in with my order (because they never prepared it in the first place). Today was the last straw. I came in, ordered & waited for a half hour for my food. Finally when it was done, I checked my bag because they've messed up SO many times before. Sure enough, they only gave me half a sandwich when I ordered my husband a whole sandwich. So I told the manager who was working behind the takeout line (first time ive ever seen a manager there at all). I proceeded to tell him that I have an issue every single time I come here and this is the first time I've ever decided to say something about how terrible the service. The manager LITERALLY said "It's not that big of a deal." And gave me an attitude like I was doing something wrong for telling them they made a mistake!!! I will NEVER eat here again. If you can avoid this place for the sheer lack of customer service skills, please do!! They do not deserve the business or your hard...

I ordered delivery and was told it would take no more than 40 minutes to arrive. 1 hour later, nothing was delivered and I still hadn’t received the notification that my order left the store. So I called several times and each time got a recorded message saying the phone number was no longer in service. Their website and confirmation email all had the same phone number. I finally got a text saying my delivery was on the way, but it didn’t arrive until 25 minutes after that text...I live 8 minutes away. At this point, I already started driving over to Panera to demand a refund since there was no other way to contact them (my husband called me when our food finally arrived). I come home to find out that meat was missing in one if our sandwiches and my bread bowl didn’t even get delivered. Thankfully the manager told me I would get a refund in 1-2 days, but I have no way to follow up with the manager because there is no email address for them and their phones are not working. This is just ridiculous and I am never going back to...
Read moreI was just here and had an unpleasant experience with the manager. The cashier had to get the manager to input a discount on the register and instead of being accommodating she was dismissive and told me there was nothing she could do about it because “it had to be done on an online order” which the email did NOT specify. Instead of offering to cancel the order she walked away. When I received my to-go order there wasn’t enough utensils for what we ordered AND the forks were not wrapped in plastic, in a time with Covid there should not be employees handling utensils if they are using plastic to begin with. When I went back to get a spoon the manager glared at me. I called when I got to the car and the manager laughed at me on the phone. Not a very managerial thing to do.
