I placed my order online using the Chipotle App for pick up at 5:00PM on 11/5/2022, I did arrive around 6:00PM to pick it up, because the time for pick up never truly has been "on time" for which I do not know why they still make the broken promise.
Once arrived I walk in and I noticed the mobile orders are behind the "preparation area", which to no surprise as per usual the orders are backed up. That night there were three employees working nearest the mobile pick up orders, and I had asked the employee nearest for my order.
I walked up to the employee nearest the end of the threshold in between the dining and the meal prep area, and before I could even speak! He is not only yelling but BROADCASTED " IF I DIDN'T CALL YOU NAME DON'T COME UP HERE FOR THE ORDER ISN'T READY."
I was in disbelief that my customer service experience for my $60.00 order that was hopefully ready prior to my arrival BUT WAIT..... The young African American employee working at the end of the meal prep. line MESSED UP MY ORDER! So not only does he not have customer service skills, but he also is not capable of following instructions either.
My main issues that I experienced while picking up my order on 11/5/2022 was equivalent to a rice cake, then barbacoa bowl. None of the orders had names on them as to distinguish those to whom the bowls belonged. I never received any of the order(s) of chips and guac at all. Not to mention the bottom of the chipotle bag was moister than a trip to Five Guys, by the time I had arrived in the car that was the end of the bag, thankfully I had bags to support the rest of the order from exploding in my car.
From experience you must get corporate involved for issues like this, as honestly, I cannot see my order being any different from anyone else that may have ordered from the app that night.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed that someone would behave that way towards someone for no reason. I would expect a greater sense of responsibility for everyone that is wanting to have a delicious meal regardless of the price of the order. As well as order accuracy, which was a shame, but let us be honest that meal which the rice is composed of should have been refunded undoubtedly. If the meal does not have all the proper components, how can you justify the transaction…. Not sure why corporate only gave me a coupon for the chips and the guac, if I wanted only to have an appetizer then I would've solely order that. This was just an epic failure I am gravely disappointed.... It is hard enough to get quality food without the dramatics that...
   Read moreI usually do not have issues with Chipotle, today I did. I made a mobile order and it came up with a promised time of 7:15 PM. I walked into the store at 7:13 and the order was not even started. I gave the employee my name and she proceeded to start making tacos. Meanwhile, people who walked in, stood in line and ordered are getting their orders faster than I, who mobile ordered. After waiting more than 10 minutes for 9 tacos and a bag of chips, I walked out of the restaurant at 7:27 PM to my car and drove home. I get in the house and open everything and it's just a mess. We got less than half a bag of chips, our tacos were literally covered in lettuce, we could not see anything else on them unless we removed lettuce. This bothers me because 1. they never put this much lettuce on and 2. I overheard the employees talking about how an earlier shift did not change out some of the ingredients. That's no reason to dump what you have left onto our one order to the point where we can't taste our other toppings. While I was waiting as well, 2-3 employees were standing in the back of the establishment just talking doing nothing. One employee seemed to try and get them to help out but to no avail. Speaking of, our tacos were made extremely sloppily. They usually are distinguishable which taco is which and you're able to easily pick them up, not in this case. There was so much material piled on to our orders that our hard shell tortilla tacos were completely soggy, one of which had a hole in the bottom that then completely ripped while it was being eaten. The meat in the tacos was also likely from the bottom of their bins, as a good portion of the pieces were nothing but fat.
As someone who has nothing but good experiences with Chipotle in the past, this truly disappointed me today. Seems like I'll be taking a break of this until...
   Read moreWow, disappointed to say the least, ive been coming to this location for 8 years and i cant believe the decline in the quality of food, the decline in the customer service and the decline in the employees ability to make a half decent burrito. Where to start? Im a simple being, i get the same burrito probably 2-3 times a week, white rice, chicken, sour cream. How do you consistently mess that up? i found lettuce on my burrito this time, last time it was the unbearably hot sauce, (not judging but definitely not my taste) and my buddy who got the same one swears that he tasted peanut butter on his(dont think that's possible but I wasn't willing to taste it). Waste of ~$18! Not to mention these employees like to lock the doors early and bark "We're closed!!" at 9:40 pm, yeah we all like to shut down early but it doesnt mean we get to. Then when i order mobile to pickup at 945 its not done til 9:55 Pathetic. The old manager used to slip my buddy and I rice whisperer cards every few months because he understood we frequented this place and that was a smart business move. Now all I see are kids who sprint to the door to lock it so that nobody can come in. ill make the longer trip to centerton square chipotle from now on. PS. I don't use this to leave bad reviews, I use it to complement small and large businesses on their hard work. Something has to change at this location and soon, or they'll lose more regulars than just me. Update - don't be fooled by their kind words, nothings changed. This location is worse than before, I'm offended they even bothered to reply to me full well knowing nothing will change.
