This was our first time renting a tux, and it was a pretty bad experience overall. We went to Jos A. Bank based off a recommendation, but I would not return to this Marlton location. The man behind the counter was extremely condescending and rude from the beginning. We felt that our sale did not matter, and he made rude comments throughout the experience that made us feel uncomfortable. Not only did he talk down to us, he would ask what felt the most comfortable and then explain why we were wrong.
Another couple was there to set up their groomsman suits, and our salesman spoke over them, and completely took over their space as well. If I were the couple, I would have left and looked for another option.

Stiff and show creases immediately after a drive in the car from sitting. Bought traveler shirts which were always top quality. Now the buttons on the arms come undone constantly and the collars are already turning up at the tips - never had that problem in all the years of purchasing the same shirts. Had a gift credit and purchased several golf shirts. Once washed the collars look like distorted material attached to the shirt.
