Two years ago I wrote this, "Awesome staff that makes shopping more fun!" But they are so much more than just awesome. I've been to many Pandora stores and after I found this store, I do not shop at any other! The staff is phenomenal; they are 100% of the time knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond, even helped me find items that they didn't have in their store. It's jewelry...if it's well loved (aka worn), especially if someone sleeps wearing their jewelry, it may break. The store was even helpful in finding a jeweler who could repair my daughter's limited edition necklace. I read a few reviews here that complain about the store not replacing a lost item. My daughter and I have both lost charms after we left the store. What other store replaced items you've lost after you left the store? Every one of my Pandora bracelets has 2 clips on them, I have yet to have one pop off but if it happened, I would be upset but it's not the store or company's fault. I brought two clips to separate my charms, between walking out of the store and going in the house one was gone! I felt like I was bamboozled anyway because the lady in the store was telling me and my sister how if we didn’t have the clips it voided our warranty’s and blah blah blah.... I called another Pandora store, once I got home and realized my clips was gone just to get some advice. They stated that was not the case, they recommended it but it won’t void the warranty. I called the store from which I got the clip and they advised I would get another from their Corp office as you can have one charm replaced. Didn’t hear from them or no charm in a month. I just called the store back today and they stated they have been trying to get in touch with me. They said they tried to do a claim for me and it was denied. They gave me a number and advised I have to call. I called and was told they don’t replace lost or stolen items. I learned to just stick with the store in the Deptford Mall going forward.    Read moreI went to this store 6/17/2020 and i needed to return a item i purchased on 3/10/20 right before everything shut down i had a receipt at first i was told i I couldn't return my item because i I didn't have my card (pandora card) then after i I didn't except that as a reason 5min later i was denied a refund because i had to had worn the item ,well where too a the whole country was shut down the manger just refused ,so i felt like i was being profiled as a black women this was not a item that was damaged ,i believe that if i was white i wouldn't of had this problem its not also explainable when you feel the judgement unless you have before..i still have the bracelet minus 2 charms but i will not ever purchase anything from pandora ever again I've never experienced such scrutiny ever...
