Lovesac — Local services in Evesham Township

Although we LOVE lovesac’s products (this is our second sectional and the couch is amazing) we had an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience at the Marlton location. We went to this location a few days prior to the Labor Day sale to configure our couch. We were the only customers in the store and it was a pleasant experience. We decided to wait until the Labor Day sale to go back and purchase the sectional. When we arrived to make the purchase, there were three couples being helped, leaving us to be next in line. When we walked in, the associates did not greet us, we were not triggered until an couple (who did not look like us) walked in and was greeted with excitement “welcome back, as soon as tablet opens and I’m done with this customer I will get right to you”. Additionally, another customer walked in and was also helped before us. I am writing this post in hopes that the location is able to come up with a better solution, maybe a check in system that will prevent customers to experience the unpleasant and unwelcoming experience...

As someone who has been in customer service for years, this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever received in another retail store. The moment we walked in each sale associates was so helpful. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable . My partner and I walked in pretty blind when it came to understanding love sac as a company and the pieces you sell. Not only did we buy a love sac , sac, but also a 3 sectional couch. This store is run by well educated, and kind staff! What a pleasant experience from the second we walked in the door! Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful, any questions we had, and we had a lot! We had no intention of actually buying a couch today but after Stephanie's knowledge and just seeing what a superior product a LoveSac couch is we had no other choice but to buy. The price is a lot higher then a normal couch but this for us is an investment and most likely the last couch we will have to buy. I look forward to getting the couch and trying it out!
