BUYER BEWARE!!!! I really wish I had read other reviews before shopping here. This store and company is a nightmare to deal with, and obviously our experience is not at all unique. This has been the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a store and despicable customer service. Even the delivery company told us that they lie to customers so they can get commission. First we ordered a couch we were told would arrive by September (this was in July) and after being charged for it were told it wouldn’t come until November. This was a ridiculous amount of time to wait so we cancelled the order, initially intending to select another couch, however in the meantime the matching bedroom furniture set we ordered arrived with everything except the bed, even though I was told it would all be ready together. After another few weeks of sleeping on a mattress on the floor and of using the rest of the matching set, the bed arrived already mostly put together and the delivery company said they would not deliver it because it was too big to go up our stairs. I did not sign anything refusing the delivery. They refused and then took the bed away. Now we were left with a matching bedroom set with no bed AND being told we would have to pay a restocking fee, all because we were lied to and told it was white glove service where the bed would be assembled in the house. They initially said they would waive the fee as long as we reselect another bed. One that doesn’t match. And of course the one they suggested was not on sale like the one we had purchased and cost more than twice the cost of the one they refused to deliver. Talk about a bait and switch. Eventually I spoke with someone about why we rated the delivery one star that told me they would contact the store so we weren’t charged a restocking fee, but when I received my next bill not only was there a mysterious $318.81 charge that I can only assume was a fee of some sort since we did not (nor we will ever) purchase anything else from the store, but the bed they refused to deliver still has not been refunded almost a month later! I am waiting to pay the bill until the proper amount is reflected and they have been sending harassing phone calls about that but somehow can’t get anyone to fix the issue for me. Feels like a total scam. Also, once we had it in our house it became obvious the furniture is way overpriced and not high quality. Save yourself and avoid this store...
   Read moreI love my furniture I purchased, although, I would never buy from. This particular location ever again. The staff at this store makes a lot of promises but does not deliver on any of them. My sales person Jen told me should would help in my design of the room and if I sent pictures she would help out waited a few weeksbut she never sent designs. Came back into the store and asked about what was going on and she promised to have by the end of the week. Needless to say she never supplied them. I asked one last time but nothing. Unfortunately, I had ordered my kitchen set with her already but was buying for a whole house and would have purchased more. Additionally, I was told it would be delivered in 10 to 12 weeks but it took about 18-20. (Ordered at the end of January and just received today June 11th) Noone contacted me to tell me it would be delayed. I had to keep calling to find out. I thought maybe it was just my salesperson so when I bought my children's dining set I asked for a different sales person, I stead the manager worked with me. I told her the sale was to be a surprise for my children who were in the store with me. I did everything off to the side so that my kids wouldn't know. I was planning on telling them later with my husband. It was to be a house warming gift and repeated this to her numerous times. Gave her the information needed, and payment all out of earshot of my children. At the end when we were getting ready to leave she walked up and asked my son what number he would like to be contacted for delivery. I had already given her that information. I looked at her in shock and said " I told you it was supposed to be a surprise" her reply was "oh, I thought just till you were done paying." If my kids wouldn't have been disappointed I would have cancelled that order right then and there and ordered it from another store.    Read moreNEVER AGAIN : A year or so ago I made a large that contained 6 dinning table Chairs ( ORDER #678977854) After a couple of month , I have noticed one of the chairs getting really wobbly and almost breaking apart, but the other 5 where perfectly solid. so I found it very strange, upon inspecting the chair I found out that the screws where not placed int he right template area like the other 5 , hence the chair started breaking apart. I immediately called Arhaus Customer service and notified them of the issue and sent them pictures showing how the nails are not put in the right area and they acknowledged the issue and promised to replace it. It have been 7 long month now where I had 3 chairs delivered in that period , each time I have to not accept the chair cause the same problem exists. They continuously send me the chair being assembled incorrectly. I don't know what else to do. It's been a complete waste of my time with each delivery being scheduled and confirmed 5 times prior to the date. Yesterday I snapped and said enough is enough. I never post on Social Media, but this is getting ridiculous. They don't seem to have taken the matter seriously at all. it's been a complete waste and then the lady on the phone told me well we can just send a technician to fix the issue. Well if that was the case then why haven't you done so 7 month Ago when you delivered the chair not assembled correctly in the first place!!! From love to hate of the brand in less than a year....
